the entrance...I arrive on foot with luggage and there are stones in the way to the entrance and it was a nightmare to walk on those stones with luggage.

great location, very nice room, clean, modern, pleasant, very comfortable. the best of the best was the breakfast! The chef is extremely cool and funny, and it is very important for him that you eat well. he will go the extra mile for you! he prepared to me fresh scrambled eggs upon my request, and every day he did a different "special dish" and he came to ask how it was etc. very very sweet of him!

I agree with what many reviews say about the pillows – – strangely old and flat. Also, it creates a huge inconvenience that you can’t come get your bag between 11 AM and two or 3 PM and that’s because there just is no staff there. When you need to get back after sightseeing and catch a train or some thing it cuts out a large window of time. You normally want to go get your bag and travel on.

The breakfast was nothing short of wonderful – – mainly because the staff person cooked a number of local dishes himself with special thought and flair and they were all excellent. I wished I had three stomachs to enjoy all he had cooked. He takes great pride in the whole breakfast experience with good reason. Otherwise, the finishing’s in design is no frills, but clean and modern. I also liked the proximity to the train station – – three short blocks – – but it is a longer walk down to the more popular sites. But you can do the walk both ways on the river if you want and it’s very nice too.

The garden view that our room was supposed to have was non existent. Not even the neighbors’ yards had gardens! The poor design of the shower makes it extremely difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry.

Our room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. What makes Villa Flockner is the staff! Martin went above and beyond in helping us out and Laszlo, the breakfast chef, is an absolute delight. His wonderful breakfast array (the best we were offered in three weeks!) and ever present smile were a great way to start our day!

The street was little bit loud and I could hear some noises like door slamming or lights switching from the neighbours room. So I guess the same could be heard from my room. So this took me little bit of my comfort, but not so dramatically. I would appreciate a lamp on the table, because I was reading there and it wasn't enough light there.

I liked it's location near the main train station. The communication with personal was great. A guy at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. At the breakfast was very good joice of the food. A little bit of everything as I like it. I was feeling very comfortable there. Pity that I stayed only one night.

Our room was very big, the bed was comfortable and we had also a really lovely balcony 😍 The bathroom was really awesome. The breakfast was tasty and there was variety. The bus stop was exactly out from the hotel and we could move easily to the city centre. The stuff was polite and friendly. There is also plenty of parking space just behind the building.
