The location is fantastic. Beside Mozarts house. In fact you are looking in to his garden. The house is beautifully renovated , brand new inside, with heated floors. New modern bathrooms and kitchen. It’s independent of other buildings . Within the court yard beside Mozart’s home. Alex is very helpful.

The villa is amazingly well located, in the quiet courtyard behind Mozarts house, in the centre of Salzburg. It is very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. A real find.

There were dark mold spots in the upstairs bathroom to tend to.

Excellent location, it is a house in a courtyard with no other guests. You can see the back of Mozart’s adult home from your window.

The television didn't have standard chanels to watch. Guests have to bring their own movies to use the television.

I wish we had a microwave. Also, there weren’t any paper towels, kitchen towels or enough toilet paper. Also, just wanted to let you know that the toilet paper holder fell off the wall in the upstairs bathroom.

It is not air conditioned, it’s a bit hot at daytime. The mattress is a bit too soft for us.

It’s convenient to all locations, close to restaurants, bus stops and tourists attractions.

Spacious, air conditioned, quiet and modern. The shower pressure and shower head were phenomenal. Exactly as pictured and within a few steps of great restaurants. We wish we had stayed longer !!! Will definitely book this villa if we come back.

Forgot or didn't realize there was no A/C. Grateful it was cool enough after a bit and could sleep with windows open.

Cottage was very clean and roomy. Coffee and pastries nearby were delicious. Whole experience felt very local!

As we don’t speak German or French, some of the appliances need google translate to help with operating instructions. No big issue.

Having a longer visit. A second key would be nice for more independence.

Our stay at the Villa was exceptional. The design and interior decorating created a very elegant, modern and comfortable space for cooking, dining and relaxing. Excellent attention to detail. The kitchen was very well equiped, including sharp knives and all the implements we needed. (Having olive oil and vinegar available was a great help in preparing our meals.) For groceries the Billa across the river is recommend as it has a much better selection than Spar. The spacious upstairs bedroom was delightful. Our only regret is that the weather wasn't quite warm enough to allow us to use the terraces, but if it had been we might never have left the villa to explore Salzburg. Salzburg is a very walkable city and the villa is very convenient for sightseeing. The historic district is just across the river and it is a very short walk to enjoy an evening concert at the palace.

Would have been nice if there was a washer but not a big deal.

The apartment is awesome! Private and safe. Check in instructions were very detailed and clear. The location of the apartment is great. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, bus stop, shopping and attractions.
