Could have done with an info sheet about local shops with opening times (they all close very early) and would be good to have a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. Also would be great to provide first aid kits in each room since the shops are closed early. Very little complaints though as the stay was wonderful!

Loved the location, lovely neighbourhood and close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Loved the beds/bedding - all super comfortable. Design of the rooms was great - nice and clean on arrival and really easy to find/get in to. The communication via whatsapp was fantastic and meant all the info was in one place and I didn't have to look for it on emails etc. Really great kitchen, loved having a coffee machine. Fab to also have the washing machines available. The products in the bathroom were also lovely.

The flat couldn't have been better (although a broom and dustpan would have been nice). The location is quiet but close enough to walk to the Altstad. Fabulous facilities with the comfiest bed ever. Will look for Numa stays everywhere we travel.

On booking it stated free street parking, this is limited to 3 hours during the day. Some mould in the shower.

Be careful! Limited parking zone! You have to have a meter put on your windscreen to show when you started the parking and you can park only for 3 hours. No option to leave your car in front of the house for longer as you will be fined (25 EUR/occasion). If you need to park there for longer, you have to use a parking house nearby.

Very spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment. Location is also good, city centre is within walking distance. Very clean. Easy to check-in. Very comfortable beds. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion available in the bathroom as well as plenty of towels. Modern design.

It should be more clear how parking works in the neighbourhood. There is no private parking in the apartment so you have to park outside on the street. Parking on the street is controlled and we had to google research what the regulation was because it wasn't clear. The apartment is on a free parking zone but you still have to put a paper on, indicating the hour you parked (after 9am till 7pm) and have to be there to renew it every 3 hours, or else you get a fine. The Apartment should provide these information and not have us research the rules ourswlves.

The apartmemt was very spacious and comfortable for an excellent price. It had all the necessary amenities and the matresses were very comfortable. It was also very warm and welcoming. Self check in was allowed and it was a very easy process. The center of Saltzburg was close but not walking distance (in our opinion). We used our car to move around. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and safe.

I would wish more information about parking we were not sure how is the regulation during the weekend and maybe tips where to park. In the bathroom was a huge humidity so in some parts started to occur mold.

Very easy use of code no contact needed. The little surprise with water and snacks and also the park hour where useful:) The rooms where big enough and we slept very well. The kitchen was filled with all necessary stuff e.g. plates, glasses. The little dishwasher was also very useful as well as Nespresso coffee machine.

Parking rules in Salzburg are quite complicated, so I spend some time to find a free solution. Location is good, but not great, it takes 25 minutes to reach center by walk, but just 3-5 minutes to reach central parking by car. During check out process I've been asked to enter reservation code which takes some time to find and it's not what you want to search for having luggage in your hands, but it's just a detail, mostly info for host.

Equipped with care, cozy, spacious, well designed, fantastic place to stay for few days in Salzburg. Awesome WhatsApp chatbot, first time I met really smart solution, that answered 90% of questions (except parking :). It also provided seamless check in PIN code from the door after easy uploading travellers information. I work with digital solution and that one is the best.

Some of the extra supplements could be improved like providing enough refuse bags and toilet paper for a short family stay. Other than that, nothing else.

Like other European places the air conditioning was not very cooling, but there was a great fan and the windows opened easily. All else was wonderful!

This location was great, just a short walk to a grocery store and a little bit longer walk to a bus stop. Some good restaurants near by as well as my favorite beer hall in the entire world (Augustiner Bräu Mülln - part of the reason I chose this location to stay!). Salzburg is very walkable and we walked into the old town each day along the river; very nice! The location felt very safe.
