Fabulous breakfast! So much choice of nice food and drink. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated (like the whole house for that matter) and there was music playing in the back ground from a - new! - turn table. Such a lovely start to the day. The hosts were lovely and the whole setting beautiful. Nice, clean room in a quiet area. Easy access with bus to anywhere in Salzburg.

Clean, tidy, had plenty of ‘what to do’ info. Breakfast was a delight every morning. Comfortable bed. Good clear signage outside. Garden and plenty of outdoor furniture. Refreshments to purchase out of hours Coffee machine in room (some milk would have been a good choice to have) Shirt walk to bus stop

This was our second stay here and Alex and Iris are always the perfect hosts. Alex greets you at breakfast and makes sure you are fed and full of coffee. They are just a down to earth, friendly couple. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Breakfast you have a selection of continental and Alex will whip you up some free range eggs that are awesome. Location is good. It is a short walk about 0.8 mile into the city centre. It is pretty much a straight walk there so no hassle and not far at all. Bike friendly so if you can cycle if you don't want to enjoy the short walk but that really isnt needed. We would highly recommend staying here. It is great value for money but Alex and Iris make your stay enjoyable. You get a nice personal touch but without it being over the top and pretentious, they are just really good people, with a b&b that is in a good location and kept very well. I look forward to coming back again. Thank you for having us and next time we won't throw red wine up the wall. Love The Tomlins

Alex and Iris were exceptional hosts - welcoming, friendly and gave us lots of brilliant information about Salzburg and the things to do there. The bedroom was immaculate, beautifully furnished and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing - so much choice and delicious.

Nothing bad to say about Villa Verde. They have figured out how to run a wonderful Bed & Breakfast!

This B&B was phenomenal!! Best breakfast of our whole trip!! Iris and Alex are awesome hosts. On our last day, we were leaving before breakfast was being served, and Alex graciously made for us a to go box of goodies and left us a note to wish us safe travels! We would rate this B&B 100 stars if we could!! They are also close to the bus route that we used going in and out of Salzburg. So convient that we used the bus instead of our cars!

Really liked it all...no downsides except the weather!

Good location easily accessed by public transport from the airport and 20 mins walk into the main old town. Superb welcome from very helpful, friendly owners. Comfortable quiet room and great breakfast

Nothing could have been better. This establishment far exceeded our expectations.

The facility was fantastic. The rooms were very well equipped, beds were comfortable, good quality towels and toiletries supplied in the rooms. The owners were most helpful and accommodating. Our breakfasts were superb. Eggs, delicious breads and pastries, homemade yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. We wished we had stayed longer!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Parking right out front. Very easy access by foot (~ 15 min) or by bus (~ 5 min) to the old city center. Perfect place for a short visit to Salzburg.

Only thing I can think of is that I got warm at night which is just me, but I inquired about a fan and that evening one was on my nightstand!!

So so clean!! In a quiet residential location that felt very safe! Wonderful breakfast!!THE most attentive friendly helpful owners I’ve ever seen!

Nothing, we spent a week there and it was so comfortable, breakfast is 7 - 10 depending on what you are doing so there is no rush.

15 - 20 minutes walk to Salzburg centre, spotless clean, friendly owners and an amazing breakfast which lasts you tea time.

We received a very warm welcome from Alex the owner. He was very helpful and gave us some good tips on how to move around the city. The location was great and we walked into the city centre. It took us around 25 minutes. Breakfast was very nice and we were very well looked after. We stayed in one of the rooms on the ground floor which was very spacious. The decor and the colours in the room were very calming and the bed was very comfortable.

It was perfect!

We were allowed to check in early and store our luggage for a day of site seeing which was much appreciated. Our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Great hosts and delicious breakfasts. The B&B was a short walk to central Salzburg and there are also buses that can take you there in minutes too. Close to the airport - a taxi was about 15 Euros.
