Be very careful when booking through Booking.com - it is advertised as half board but the hotel insisted it was only bed and breakfast. After numerous arguments and showing them the booking confirmation they eventually agreed to the half board we had booked but were unpleasant and rude for the rest of the stay. The spa facilities are lovely, but far too small and overcrowded for the number of guests

The hotel is in a beautiful location. Rooms are modern and clean. Food is good, but limited choice.

Hotel and its surrounding like from a fairy tale with lot of animals and beautiful sceneries of nature. Great food with variety of choice for everyone. We arrived early and there was no problem with early check-in which we appreciated since we traveled with small baby.

This is a great launching point to explore Gosau and relax at the hotel because of all the amenities. I was just passing through so I was unable to take advantage of everything. The room was large and clean and the food was above average.

I had opportunity to use the AC EV charger. Only one of the two available charger worked and the price was high. Its price was the same as the Austrian Ionity, although this is only an AC charger. Despite the fact that I was glad to be able to charge at the accommodation and I did not have to go to another place to charge.

We could choose between hot and cold meal for breakfast. The available food was vary and delicious. We got a big room where we had enough place to be with our dog. The bed was comfy and clean. Thanks for the staff for daily cleaning.

We asked for 2 rooms together prior to arrival which was confirmed, however when we arrived we discovered our rooms were not together. When we spoke to reception the response was ‘but they are on the same floor’

Room needs some updating. Kids playroom needs major clean out, most of the toys were broken or didn’t work and it was not organized at all.

The swimming pool was quite small, not ideal for a longer swimming sessions. The food options at dinners could be a bit more diverse between consecutive days.

Our family had a great time at the hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful. We were greeted at the check-in with a glass of Prosecco and everything very well explained to us. I also liked the location and being able to stay door-to-door with the rest of my family. We had amazing top floor rooms with the view of the mountains at the distance. Great wellness options with a gym, 2 saunas, 2 infrared cabins and a pool. Booked breakfast+dinner option but had even lunch snack available and alco/non-alco drinks available all day.

We got a non renovated room and it was really dated. The room was not cleaned properly. The Wi-Fi had very poor connection.

Beautiful location sourraunded by nature, right outside the Hotel you have great hiking trails. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The view from the balcony was great.

Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and decent size room. Breakfast was ok. More options can be added. Dinner was good and had good options in the buffet. Nice outdoor sitting with the view where you can have a nice drink.

we have chosen this hotel to spend a few hours in the spa unfortunately the pool was under maintenance (they refilled it with fresh water) so we missed that when we arrived at the hotel there were an issue with the heating in our room. it wasn't a big deal though as the maintenance guy fixed it quickly.

super friendly staff delicious breakfast and dinner exceptional location big room tidy and clean areas everywhere even the other guests at the hotel were very friendly nice little playground outside and playing room inside bunnies and other animals around the hotel beautiful view from the room
