Very nice Hotel if you are staying near Innsbruck. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Parking was free at the Hotel.

Unfortunately the kitchen only came with a few pots. We had to request cutlery and crockery.

We booked the room with half-board (breakfast and dinner), maybe not the best when you have allergies (which we informed about when we made the booking and the hotel informed that they could handle this). Can't recommend to have dinner at this hotel if you are allergic for different food ingredients - they handle it, but with a lot of incomprehensible comments. For breakfast they serve, when you have gluten intolerance, hamburger bread!

Loved the location and the view from the room. Room facilities were fine and the room altogether was great to stay in. Breakfast had good options with nice spread. Staff was friendly & helpful. Thankful for the surprise of birthday cake and flowers.

The breakfast bar was a little disappointing. The choice of cereal was not brilliant. It would’ve been nice to have fresh fruit instead of the tin fruit. fresh, crusty loaves of bread. We very much enjoyed the ambience of the dining room with the magnificent mountain views.

The (small) pool is pretty cold - designed for a post sauna dip and not for any lounging or swimming (but we still enjoyed it), the apartments could be better equipped with kitchen items (we had no glasses or cups, no forks, no spoons - although these can be fetched from the restaurant kitchen), the restaurant was a little chaotic (food arrived before the drinks did, orders were forgotten)

Very warm welcome from the hosts, easy parking, nice decor and Alpine atmosphere in the hotel, great views over the valley from the balcony, friendly restaurant with good food, excellent wellness area - especially the sauna with panoramic mountain views, good quality breakfast, short walk/drive to Seefeld, sledging on the field outside the hotel

Room was cold when we arrived (heating was switched off), it took several hours to get the room comfortably warm. Equipment of the room was not like indicated. Breakfast - choice like 3star hotel (quite limited), no indication what is it (yogurt? spread, jams, juices...), you must try to know what is it. Even comming half hour after opening (8:30), was not looking well. Wellness - in fact just saunas (and paid massage - this is ok), whirpool was out of order and inner pool (very nice) was so cold - air, water, that you cannot use it for relax - it's too small to swim in. We booked hotel for this reason, so this was our big disappointment. Small skilift close to hotel was out if order (not enough snow) - but it looks clisef like since long time...

Location - nice view to mountain Renovated and clean nice room (only wardrobe was missing - metal hanger with wooden shels were like for garage and some bigger table will be nice, but 2 days stay ok) Friendly and helpful people (definitly big plus of this hotel) - maid changed one of hotel bathrobe (was quite worn) for new one and smaller one when I asked her, also the pillows, really nice people, except waiter from restaurant - he was ignoring people, limit that he answer when you said him Good morning, not friendly at all.

Paid for 2 evening meals included in price, restaurant was closed second evening and received a small token of refund! No water in room and if you arrive on a Wed reception is closed around 1700hrs and there for you can’t obtain a drink, not even bottle of water.

Receptionist/waitress spoke no English (which is fine, it is in Austria) but an English translation of the menu would have saved some time on google.

Superb hotel with great views of mountains and valley. Large spacious rooms with really comfortable beds and seating area with sofa. Would have liked to stay another night but unfortunately no availability. Wide choice of produce at breakfast.

Really nothing to complaint!

We really enjoyed our stay in Vitalhotel kaiserhof: - the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to help and support us with whatever we needed. Especially Monique who gave us a lot of helpful tips and hints about the attractions in the region and around us. - The hotel has a nice spa and fitness center with a small but clean pool, spa, and jacuzzi which was clean and nice. - Location as wonderful and if you same as us do not want to be in a busy surrounding city center hotel, this hotel is a wonderful choice in middle of nature, you have only 15 minutes of walk to the beautiful Möserer lake and 5-10 mins drive tp the Seefeld city center. - Breakfast was good and you can find almost everything you expect from a 4 starts hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!
