Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BrazilI was caught by surprise by the hotel restaurant/ bar being closed for 3 consecutive nights. I got really sick and counted on it to be able to eat, but it just didn't open, and there's not much activity around the hotel. Also, one night I arrived at the hotel really late and had to wait for over 10 minutes in the cold, dark, empty street for the employee to finally open the door for me, but the reception is supposed to be open 24/7.
Great room and breakfast. There's not much around the hotel, but the metro is pretty close.

Location was quite close to the underground station and few stops from the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and varied in food. We got a complementary bottle of water.

If you needed anything extra, they had it in stock. All the staff made us feel welcome. The location was great, just 5 minutes away from the metro. They had buses near the hotel as well.

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn’t like! If there was a gym that would have been amazing but I went for a run along the Danube twice which was only a 7 minute walk away from the hotel!
Property was clean, decor was updated and modern and staff were super friendly! The room and bathroom was spacious and well designed! The transport links were really good too and there’s a supermarket opposite!

The hotel boasts an international flair, especially noticeable at the reception and in the restaurant, where the staff effortlessly switches between German, Italian, French, English, Serbian... This cosmopolitan atmosphere added a unique charm to the hotel, making every interaction exciting and engaging. As for the accommodations, the hotel excels in providing a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment. My room was a haven of relaxation after a day of activities, and the meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel did not go unnoticed.

JapanOur room was close to the elevators & there was some noise from these when in operation. Not an major issue for us bit it might affect light sleepers. Also the gap between the bottom of the room door was quite large and allowed in light & noise from the passageway.
Very comfortable room and very good breakfast with an excellent range of coffee available. The manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location and it was just a fairly easy 40-50 minute walk into the heart of historic Vienna,

We had a lovely stay at the Voco Vienna Prater Hotel. The staff are wonderful , so friendly and helpful-from housekeeping, reception staff (who responded promptly to any queries we had before we arrived ) to the staff serving breakfast- especially Annett B, who was just exceptional!!!! Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of foods to suit all tastes.The room was large, very comfortable and spotless with tea/ coffee facilities- I understand that there are plans to put small fridges in all the rooms in the future which would be be very welcome. The bathroom was well stocked with enough toiletries for our stay. The location was excellent- 5 minutes walk from the metro - U1 line - bus stop a few meters from the entrance to the hotel. A very good supermarket across the street and some nice pizza places in the vicinity . Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return sometime in the future.

DenmarkMy fiancé sadly had an allergic reaction to the shaving cream in the shaving-kit that we were given by the hotel upon request. We luckily washed it off quickly and it went away on its own after some time, but we informed the staff about the situation and they were very apologetic and said they would look into it further. The shaving cream was a part of their standardly issued hotel kit.
Staff were very nice and welcoming, and helped us book a taxi for the airport upon departure, and made sure with their shuttle service that it was possible for us to pay with card. Everything went smoothly and there was always a staff-member available if we had any questions or requests. They also let us check in almost 2 hours earlier than our scheduled check-in time, which was very kind of them. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, with a good selection, and with one omelet or pancakes per person included each day. The omelet in particular was very good :) The beds were also extremely comfortable, we slept very well, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel was located about 45 minutes to 1 hours walking distance from the inner city, but the U1 metro-line was very close by, and let you travel to the city in 10-20 minutes.
