We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaThe only thing I wish was better, is that there was fresh fruit for breakfast.
The location of the facility is great, in a quiet place and yet extremely close to the lake, the city, the highway, and larger towns. The staff was extremely friendly. The pool and spa are great.

Czech RepublicNothing serious but there is (as allways) a room for improvements. The room has a balcony whitch was great, but unfortunatelly smoking is allowed there. And around, there are other ones, And there were every evening couple of people smoking. That shoud be a problem for someone who hates a cigarette smoke. Luckily it was possible to close the door and they sealed properly. We should also say, that in front of the building, there is a agrultural facility, which is possible to hear and smell, But that was not a big problem for us. Also under our balcony, there was a main hall, which is the place where for example breakfast take place. First evening of our stay, there was a schlager music party. It ended precisely on 10 pm, so we sleeped well, but becuase we were escaping from noisy town, we would appreciate more silence, quiteness and sound of nature.
Kind and helpfull staff, clean rooms, nice traditional berg hotel style building with spa. I liked the lawn right next main building with a loungers. There is a train (tram) stop near the hotel which takes you directly to the Attersee and rides every hour. Nice nature all around.

Very nice quiet place. Far from the city. Nice room. Enough for 4 people. Very clean. Cleaning every day. Only 12 minutes drive from Lake Attersee (a magical place). The kids didn't get bored! Swimming pool, garden, trampoline, billiards.
