We had a little problem. When we take a shower, the water is leaking through the shower and flooding the bathroom. In addition to not being even there for what we reported in the first hour of our arrival in the room, the box leak, they did not pay attention to the internet problem! I had to increase my package from Brazil, to be able to work, because the internet simply did not work !!! To top off the bad stay, the sink drain got stuck and the sink hasn't leaked water since 7 pm today, forcing us to do everything in the shower, which every time you use it floods the room !!!! Instead of resting and focusing away from domestic problems, we had more than I have at my house and with the neglect of you who haven't shown up to solve anything since Friday! I'm glad I'm leaving tomorrow! This is not a hotel, this is an Airbnb pig in disguise! Close, resolve, leave the hotel category and come back correctly! You suck! Not to mention the room has never been cleaned in 4 days !

the toilet was out of order. the flusher didn’t work and the tank didn’t fill with water. I had to keep manually adding water with a cup. they couldn’t help me since Friday was short work day and Sunday everyone is closed the safe was broken and we couldn’t use it

I got my room through the safe with the keys and they mixed my room with somebody else’s. The result was that the person whose room it was supposed to be tried to come in at midnight, after that the hotel was trying to call me as well. Then works in the street started at 7am and as a result I can tell you I didn’t get much sleep.

It is spicy, clean and it has coffee in the room.

The room was not cleaned, perfectly. Also, the booking's pictures were from years ago. Thus, neither the outside nor inside is what they are presented!! Everything seems very old.

Apartman was cozy, clean and spacious. Personnel was helpful, kind and attentive. Perfect location, only 20min walk away from the city center. Warm recommendation 🙂

it’s not a design hotel, it’s a third rate place with clean sheets and run down furniture. there is nothing to suggest ‘design’ The blinds are broken letting in too much light the pillows are awful the breakfast was very good but i was expecting a hotel, vs a room with breakfast delivered. I’m fine with basic places but just don’t call yourself a design hotel!!!

Great place! Super convenient location as its located about a 5 min walk to the U4 station and 20 min walk to the centre of the Inner Stadt. Clean and cosy!

The hotel was is a very old and cute building. the rooms were great size and they was clean. Heating was amazing as well.

Not quite a boutique hotel - painting a couple of chairs silver doesn't really do it. WiFi was virtually unusable - hotel blames the provider but clearly a fault with the router. Breakfast was OK one morning, but the next day we got stale buns and virtually uncooked eggs. Not the best of areas - but Vienna in general seems to have got scruffy and chaotic over the last few years.

The staff (when they were working) were friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom was well designed. Heating worked well.

Bed was a bit squeaky.

Everything was simple, uncomplicated, spacious and all in all a very nice room. The breakfast was amazing and they asked as when to bring it to our room. We would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived at the Hotel, we couldn't find anyone for our Check In even though, in their Booking.com site, it said that Reception was from 8:00 to 18:00 (We arrived at 16:00). So we try calling a tel. number but nobody answered, not even in the whatsup app (even though my message was "delivered" and "seen"). After a lot of calls someone anwered and gave us a code to take our keys from a safe. However he didnt even know that we have paid for breakfast also, we had to remind him.. I am a little dissapointed cause everything should have been ok, if only the hotel sent me the previous day an email with the 4 digit code plus info. Everything else was pretty much ok. Nice bed and bathroom. Breakfast, which included 2 sandwiches, 2 sweets and 2 glass of juice, was served in the room but the water boiler was broken. The area is quiet.
