Food was good, staff were very helpful (particularly David behind the bar) and the location was excellent (5 mins to the main gondola). If you are not a skier, there are good spa facilities. The afternoon tea of cakes (and a hot meal) was also excellent for after skiing in the lounge.

I couldn't take my kid with me in the sauna or relax area (although there would have been plenty of space for them to sit without bothering other guests). It was a shame as I didn't enjoy the spa. The hotel has plenty of space to accomodate parents with small kids, allowing them to enjoy the same as other guests. I would suggest to change these rules or make it clear from the beginning (I would have saved some money). At the reception I was simply given the key to my room and a map with no additional explanation.

Great position to visit the Triassic Park. The spa is nice and we appreciated the kids area in the basement. Parking is free on site.

Food very expensive if you dine in the restaurant, would have been good to have a more informal feel for families. Also one thin pillow not enough on the double bed. Rooms and communal games area could do with an upgrade akin to the lobby.

The waiter in the Restaurant was very professional and friendly. All other staff members have not made me feel welcome at all. The worst was the lady at the omelet counter. I was solo traveling with my motorbike. I can only guess that bikers are not appreciated at all.

The WIFI was terrible. At times my device would not connect because the speeds were too slow ( Average 900kbs) Definitely not fast enough to stream media.

The dinner was ok. The breakfast was very good! There was also very good afternoon snack.

We enjoyed the services actually it seem to us that the time was too short to enjoy everything that we saw. However I went to the gym, enjoyed the sauna and the pool. We also enjoyed both a lot of the massage we had in the SPA area.

I wish they had more "family" rooms to choose from. Also it would be nice to have pool area opened for longer time, till late evening/night. But these are just small details.

Very friendly staff, helpful and kind - they all are the greatest treasure of this hotel :) Also delicious food, lovely atmosphere during evening meal which is really important after long day. We loved the hotel and will definitely come back again.

Had to walk in ski boots way too far to get into the skiing area itself. Hotel could consider a shuttle bus leaving every 15 minutes for six morning and evening services for their guests. Prebooked the night before, to ensure a spot and some times may not be required, depending upon demand.

Beautiful hotel with excellent friendly staff. Big generous room. Superb breakfast with an on site omelette chef.

2 Saunas where closed, the roof top for sun bathing was also closed in the garden was with a little bit of luck a sunbed left. No one was the the reception for checking in and check out. We ordered the deluxe room for the promised balcony with Mountain View, but the balcony is facing the neighbor building , and there is a narrow view on the side to the mountains. Also, wifi quality was poor, the fridge didn’t work well and there was no coffee in the room. Overall, good hotel but for the very expensive price we paid, we got not so good service and facilities.

Nice comfort hotel in the middle of Waidring with a beautiful spa area. Spacious comfortable room. Good breakfast. One crew member deserves a mention - Mario was very friendly and helpful.

Having ridden a motorcycle all day, I wanted to use the Wellness in the evening, unfortunately the reception advised it closed in the evening, big disappointment as that was one of the reasons I booked this Hotel. Evening meal at the Hotel I passed as I needed a walk, found a good Pizza place down the road.

Check in was easy, the room was expected Austrian good standard, with a large balkon. The breakfast was adequate, for a vegan, meaning it was typical Austrian, lots of meats, eggs , cheese, but supplemented by excellent breads, no oat milk available, however the waiter supplied Soya milk. All tables for breakfast marked with names for allocation, tough to read as I didn't bring my glasses for this!

The staff were kind expect one of the receptionist. They don’t have free still water, you have either to drink within the meal or buy. the pool has strong smell of chloride. There is noise in the morning due to construction in the building nearby. They keys of the room too old already had smell. last, the billows is almost empty of cotton, not comfortable. The temperature is hot in the restaurant.

They have good facilities, warm pool and spa with great massage. Good location, there are many things to do like parks or renting bikes to enjoy. the room is clean with nice view. Also it’s kids friendly place.
