We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Belgium* Only half of the boots rack was warm. Of course, it was the busiest; * Seems like the tap-pipes in the bathroom are mixed (warm vs cold). Not a big deal, just had to let some water waste before realizing it;
* Breakfast was decent. Not to varied, same stuff each morning but it was tasty and enough to get your day started; * Dinner was great. I loved the system. I'd recommend to have the food less spicy but other than this it was great; * Personnel was super-friendly - starting with the kitchen personnel, waiters, reception, cleaning staff; * Hotel was cosy, family oriented, had that ski-chalet vibe without being to commercial; * Separate room to deposit the ski equipment; * Easy to get there. United KingdomRooms need to be more clean and the door to the balcony is not working properly .staff r friendly but they are not very informative we didn’t get much information about the hotel or where to visit what is nearby.at our leaving they asked us we didn’t pay the taxes but on our arrival we paid the full bill so luckily I had a receipt about the payment then they apologise .
Nice family room with mountains view from our balcony.breakfast is freshly served and well managed .cable cars are walking distance .

Very friendly staff, clean and nice room with mountainview, nice breakfast. The only hotel on this trip that actually was pet friendly (as in: you didn’t have to pay a considerable amount extra just to hide the existance of the dog). In das waldhotel only the restaurant is off limits (understandable) for dogs. The hotel is just a short walk away from the centre.

Lovely traditional hotel with amazing views. Hotel owners and staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. A real pleasure to stay here. Extensive buffet breakfast with wide selection. Room very clean and comfortable. Great location next to the station for the mountain railway and lifts. The centre of Seefeld and railway station were only a short walk away.

United Kingdomrestaurant and bar closed. had to walk into town in the pouring rain to find somewhere to eat. no tea or coffee facilities in the room. proprietors children used the corridors as their own personnel play ground. Saturday was a total disaster had to endure 5 hours of children screaming at the top of their voices while the proprietor and his friends sat drinking in the garden oblivious to the noise.
