Comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom, quiet and spacious. Delicious breakfast consisting of bread, sweet buns, jam and juices all made by the owner! Parking space near the room. Quick response from the owner on booking. No problem with late arrival.

A bit noisy, you can hear noise from other rooms. The light in the bathroom can be disturbing for roommates by night. Breakfast is very simple.

The only criticism I have concerning the room is the window in the entrance door, letting the relatively strong light coming from the yard outside light up the room throughout the night. A curtain or other way of blocking lights from outside would be very helpful. Also, from the hotel description one would think there is a restaurant in the hotel. However, the restaurant next door is closed (since quite a while from the looks) and there is no way finding anything to eat within about 10 kms. Please change the description of the hotel!

Very friendly staff (even though we started off with a little misunderstanding concerning key of the room). Very convenient with car right in front of the room. Very nice lady serving breakfast early morning on Sunday!

- there was the smell of manure coming into our room but that is understandable in such a location.. - indicated large double bed are actually two single beds pushed together and you have to do that on your own as when we came into the room there were two single beds ready so we got confused if we got the correct room..

At night it was very hot and stuffy in the room. Perhaps it was because of the hot weather outside, but it made it really hard to get a good night sleep.

The room was very clean and everything looked brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the higway to Vienna, so it was a great spot to stop during a longer trip. The hotel offers free parking just outside the rooms which was very convenient.

The TV didn't work because the "eye" that receives the remote signal was hidden behind the TV. The hotel is actually a motel, and the front door of the room has a long, tall window that cannot be blocked. At 6:00 AM, a car shone it's headlights directly through the door's window, so our sleep was ruined. The refrigerator didn't work. By the way, in order to use the bathroom at night, you need to light up the bedroom because the WC is behind a door, but it doesn't have its own light switch, and the entrance to the bathroom is a wide, glass door, so the choice is to wake up your partner with glaring light that shines directly on the pillow or pee in pitch black darkness and hope you don't miss. Although the room had coffee cups and plates and Utensils, which is nice, there was no way to boil water for coffee or tea. I tried to use the microwave to heat a glass of water, but the microwave didn't work. Its light went on, and it made noise, but it did not heat up the water. At breakfast, the waitress pressured us to fill out the registration form (which they give you at breakfast, not when you check in). Instead of allowing us to have coffee and finish eating, she kept coming by the table to ask/see if we had filled out the form. I finally begged her to let us finish breakfast. Then, when I paid for the room (in cash), they did not give me a receipt. They promised to email me the receipt within an hour. They did not. I emailed them in the evening asking for a receipt or at least a confirmation of payment, but have yet to receive a response. @Booking, can you please ask them to send me a receipt or confirmation of payment?

It was clean. There was hot water in the tap. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast small with very limited choice. Limited parking space, so be ready for difficulties. Quality of rooms not good, but clean.

Hotel good for one night with reasonable price. Silent area. Good access from highway. Hotel has potential, but need more focus from owners to improve level.

Bad vibe in and around the place. The shower sink was stuck

in theory, it’s located not far from Vienna and a good way to not drive too long.

Most of the staff only speak German, they don’t speak English.

The room was exactly like in the pictures, the host sent us a message about how we can check in and suggested a restaurant where we could have dinner. Everything was excellent, staff were really kind.

We got to the place and there was no one there to see us just a key in the door. There was no food on-site everything was not open, The breakfast is poor for the price.

The size of the room we had a dog and it had room to sleep.
