One of our best stays. The location, the room, the wine, the breakfast and Silke our host were simply amazing. We came as guests and when we left we felt we had a new friend. We felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful place in the middle of Wachau. Thank you so much again for your hospitality.

Perfect location for exploring the Wachau valley on a bike. You can borrow a bike for free. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and cleaned every day. Outdoor terrace with a view on the river and the hills. We appreciated the self-service wine fridge. Parking next to the house. Lovely host Silke gave us some great recommendations. We really ejoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back.

The guesthouse is a beautiful building with a lot of history and character. The location is perfect for exploring the Wachau valley and they even provide bikes for doing so. Silke is a wonderful host, she gave us some great recommendations for cycle pathways and short walks with stunning views. The breakfast provided is plentiful and really delicious, worth the extra cost. We really enjoyed some time in the garden trying some of Weingut Langmayer‘s wines, we even brought a couple of bottles back with us. I would thoroughly recommended this guesthouse, this was one of our most enjoyable holidays.

It was a little far to walk to the next town where most of the restaurants were.

A good place to stay to enjoy the Wachau. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.. The common terrace was a great addition over looking the Danube.

Wonderful location - very close to the main road, heart of Wachau, at the same time pretty quite. One of the local restaurants just on the next street and it open till last guest left. Another wine restaurant is just 5 min driving (walking option good too - just 15-20 min with great view). The host are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was just wonderful. Host white wine is very good too and not expansive. For my next visit in Wachau area I will definitely consider Weingut Langmayer as my first option.

There is a little noise from the main road nearby id you left your window open during the night..

The hosts, Silke an Thomas are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding and prepared with a warm touch..Marillen marmalade (homemade) is just a little gem of the house. You can use free bikes from the owners. The wine form their winery is very gut. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is just perfect close to every town in best part of the Wachau region..Highly recommendable place!

Nothing!! I wish we could had stayed longer!

Everything. from the spacious and comfortable rooms, the great selection and delicious breakfast, the amazing hospitality, their wines👌, premises, wine room.... We will definitely come back here , we felt at home . The location is excellent walking distance of everything and they also have bikes for the guests!!! They make their own wine and have a beautiful vinotek and garden to enjoy their wines at night!!! Silke the winemaker wife and owner was lovely and very attentive . She educated us about the community , their local wines and heuringen to go during our visit!!! I will give 10 stars to this hotel and if you want to have a unique experience and feel at home, stay here as you will have a memorable experience!!!

The building is quite old and rustic, so one can’t expect an up to date renovation. The bathroom was not too nice.

The hostess was wonderful and wanted us to know all about the history of their property and how they care for the vineyards and produce wines. We had plenty of opportunity to use our German. Right across the road from the Danube with a breathtaking view.
