Perhaps it was just our room, but the AC didn’t work fully.

It’s really well located in the city center. And it’s on a small side street which is cosy and quiet, away from the city center hustle and bustle.

The location is perfect, foot distance to all the POI of Innsbruck. They offered excellent breakfast, all the staff, especially the three ladies at the reception and the breakfast area, were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and clean (although small), with all the amenities needed. On the ground floor they have a very nice bar restaurant, which opens early in the morning with coffee or drinks and descent local food all day long. Generally, we had a great experience at Weisses Rossl and we will come back soon.

The location was fantastic! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with a large walk-in shower. The room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant in the hotel had great food for dinner. The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Very friendly staff at check in, check out and breakfast area. Great location in the heart of Innsbruck, a five minute walk from the airport busstop. Happy with the room and excellent bathroom. Good wifi and beds.

They could have been more generous with paper products, providing more toilet paper without having to ask for it and could have provided another tissue box once we had used all the tissues in the one box provided.

We had a wonderful room with a balcony and an immense bathroom with both tub and shower. Breakfast every morning was exceptional, the best on our 3 week trip as they personally prepared us eggs, pancakes, or sausage, however we wanted them, in addition to a huge breakfast buffet. The hotel is only minutes from all the best sights in Innsbruck.

This hotel is superb with a quality feel throughout. We arrived at 1pm and received a very warm welcome. The room was ready for us, which was a welcome bonus. The room was beautiful with a great bed and bathroom. The location in the centre of the old town was perfect to explore the city and close to all the transport links. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Plus, an excellent breakfast.

The noise from the upper room. Not enough soundptoofed . Kind of playground untill late in the night. Unpleasant having to wake up at 4am.

Amazing rooms, very clean, professional staff, very good location. Since it is located in the city center, guests coming by car has the possibility of parking for €15/day just few minutes walking distance. The restaurant is very good.

Reception to ask if a Kettle is need in the room. Also, information on the times of the Bar and Restaurant in the room and contact telephone numbers for emergency. Very minimal problems.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent. Never rushed and always asked if there was anything we needed. Milk was provided for making a tea.

Toilet is quite.small. I would suggest adding one semi,-hard pillow.

Very friendly stuff, attentive to every detail. Very helpful. Bar and restaurant have very interesting menus. Breakfast.tasty and their coffee very good (as a.coffee.geek I was happy). Bar worked during bank holidays and Sundays. Nice hotel for relaxation. Very quiet rooms, good sound isolation. Warm rooms in winter.

Location was perfect! In the heart of the old town with easy access to the ski buses. The room was warm, clean each day, and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning was an assortment of delicious items, some part of a standard continental breakfast, some classic Tyrolean items.
