This building is one special place to stay! The design is really fascinating included the art pieces on the walls and mind blowing kitchen in the apartment.. owner is really talented in what is she doing, hopefully more project like this comes to life, somewhere else then Vienna!

Michel gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and recommended a lot of really good restaurants. The room is so perfectly clean with all the necessities equipped (kitchen, laundry, nice shampoo, etc.) and they are all good quality stuff. We like the local drinks and snacks provided too. The location is convenient, only a few stops to reach city centre. There are a variety of restaurants and also a big supermarket few steps away so we can choose to cook or dine outside. We really appreciate the hospitality and that made our trip in Vienna went so smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again if we are travelling to Vienna next time :)

The shower felt a tad dark as there is no direct light above it (if I showered after taking out my contacts, I would have a difficult time seeing). And it would have been helpful if there were a sign explaining the towel heater.

Anette was such a pleasure! She recommended incredible cafes/restaurants that ended up being our favorite spots on the trip to Vienna. When we had a fuse issue (bc of our converters), she responded to my email quickly, showed up at our room, and fixed the problem with no complaints even though it was a Saturday. You can tell she cares a lot about the property. The room itself was incredible - my only regret was not staying longer to get more use out of it! The amenities (kitchen supplies, free refreshments in the fridge, shampoo/body wash, coffee supplies, etc... ) were much appreciated and reception was super quick if needed anything replenished. The interior design made me want to redo my entire apartment! Lol The location is fine - the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, so if you're a tourist just be prepared to use the public transit system!

There were only 2 of everything in the kitchen for 2 people apartment. Would be nice to have spare forks and plates until dishwasher gets full. The duvet was a bit too thick and warm for summer.

Room was perhaps a little bit smaller than we expected considering it's an apartment. Otherwise nothing.

Modern design, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Annette was super helpful. The food market and Spar nearby was very convenient and we had a few great meals there. Subway station and bus stop was also very close.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at WeltWien Apartments. It was so unique, fun and creative. The apartment is truly amazing and has everything you would need to have a comfortable stay in Vienna. The location is perfect -- 2 min walk to U-station, but peaceful and quiet. Check-in process was as smooth as one can dream (and we arrived late at night). Communication with Anett was great!

Property was very clean, modern and presented very well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Annette went the extra mile and helped us with our baggage whilst we were awaiting our late flight. She also gave some awesome recommendations of things do and see around Vienna which were all hits! Overall was an awesome experience and would recommend it to anybody going to Vienna.

Nice fully equipped rooms with free welcome snacks and drinks, great beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. There are many shops and restaurants right next to the hotel and its walking distance to Schonbrunn. Big plus for a nearby monitored parking garage for just 7€/day (a few minutes walk from the hotel). We enjoyed out stay during the weekend.

Michael and Anett were absolutely exceptional! They have managed to create a cosy feel in the middle of bustling Vienna. The apartment was very clean, and everything from the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were well designed. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was equally comfortable.

I love the approach that WELTWIEN Luxury Art Apartments is trying to achieve. The interior is very art deco and eccentric. The paintings were all hand painted by the flat owner's wife, a sign to tell that there was a lot of effort and dedication that have been put into this place. Location-wise, WELTWIEN Luxury Art Apartments is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but there are U-bahn stations nearby that connect to other parts of the city. There is an open market across the street with a lot of food options, as well as a grocery store to add to the convenience. Thanks for an amazing stay. I will definitely come back to WELTWIEN for my next Vienna visit.

When I entered our Superior Apartment, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a bouquet, a box of chocolates, wine, and a greeting card that was arranged for my birthday by the lovely staff and my partner. The apartment is tastefully decorated, provides you with everything you might need for your few days trip (or longer), and allows you to feel at home. The balcony terrace, facing the inner yard was an absolute jam. It was fantastic to enjoy a cup of coffee, have breakfast, catch some rays of sun and listen to the birds while relaxing in it (back in April). The apartment building is situated on a quiet street and also provides an access to an aesthetically pleasing artsy yard. It is at the same time very close to Meidlinger Markt, where you can have breakfast, buy some groceries or even dine there (we received some great dinner recommendations from the host). The staff was absolutely the best. Welcoming, kind, attentive, cheerful, up for a good chat and always there to help you. I am sure we are going to come back to WELTWIEN. :) Greetings to the best team!

Shops were not open on Sundays- bring your own supplies! large supermarket was open mon- sat about 5 mins walk. Breakfast was available in cafe 2 mins walk away- very good selection and friendly service

Safe residential location, good public transport links nearby. Excellent clean crisp apartment. Luxurious. Friendly efficient staff. Bottles of water and small snacks were complimentary in the room.

There's nothing we don't like

The place is amazing, with numerous shops, restaurants, and even a farmer's market just meters away. There's a cozy café-bar nearby where you can use the hotel's WiFi—it's that close! The host, Michael, is fantastic, witty, and responsive. They made sure that the rooms had everything we needed, and they even provided complimentary snacks and water. The location is conveniently situated between two metro stations, with one just a 4-minute walk away and the other a mere 6-minute walk. It truly is the perfect place to stay!
