It was very cold in the room during the night. There were 0 degrees outside, and no more that 18-19 inside. I understand that Austria might have other house heating standards during winter, but tourists are not always used to these temperatures. There was also no proper hot water to take a shower. After visiting Vienna during the day in the cold, it would have been a real comfort to take a hot shower and to stay in a warm room. Other accommodation facilities we experienced in Vienna offered an electric heater for tourists used to higher temperatures during the night. So please take this into consideration.

The location is near the public transport with good connections to the city center (train, metro, tram). We travelled by train from Slovakia and walk from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was rich and good, hotel staff was friendly.

Not a real minus, but being an old building, it could benefit from a modern refurbishment. The old building touch is in contrast to the interior of the rooms, which are modern.

The room was very clean, and very nicely and modernly furbished. The breakfast was basic, nothing fancy or too diverse but good. The location was pretty good. 10 subway stations to Stephansplatz

The location was a bit outside the centre, nonetheless it was close to a train station and therefore easy to reach with public transport.

WiFi was so weak and almost unavailable in room. The building is old and facilities in room could be better. For instance, even Kettle was not available in the room. The bed was not comfort and two single beds were provided instead of a twin bed.

Location of the hotel is close to public transport. The room is really quite and breakfast is good by and large. Staffs are incredible helpful and yard of the hotel was so pretty.

The building is a bit old, and yes, it might need a coat of paint or some new artworks or décor, but, that's really neither here or there for me.

Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. My room was big and spotless, the breakfast wasn't anything huge or elaborate, but, it was fresh, eggs were great, and there were some homemade goodies on offer to. It is relatively central and very close to the bus, tram and S Bahn.

The Wi-Fi did not work… That was the only problem.

Everything was really good (except the Wi-fi)! The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were able to park on the street, it was free, but We were there on weekend. On weekdays It is paid.

Considering that the hotel is far out of the center, the rate is a bit too high, in my opinion.

Near public transport and Metastadt. Very nice staff at reception and breakfast area. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was ok, basic, warm, good bed.

The shower leaked horribly and there were puddles of water all over the bathroom after each use.

The location was just what we needed and very close to tram and train stations. The bed was very comfortable and most of the staff very friendly.

the wifi did not work in most of the room, only near the door. The wifi did not work in the dining room, so I could not sit down and work, I had to go to the office, and ...I have left some money, about 4.5 Euro in change on the table in my room, and ...it was gone when I came back to my room. this was not a pleasant experience.

The buildig seemes pretty old, and this brings the old building troubles. The floorboards are a bit creaky, and there was no heating the first night, but it didn't bother me too much as it was not too cold. Just enough to sleep comfortably. I had lots of stuff, so the only realy problem I had was that the lift was out of order.

It's a nice little hotel. From the outside, it doesn't look much, but when you enter the front door, you'll find yourself in that green garden that you can see on the photos. The room was quite large for a single room, which was surprising to me. The breakfast was great, lots of different items to choose from.

1. Very poor Wi-Fi. (although the staffs tried to fix it everytime we told them. But maybe they need to fix the router) But if you look at the 'pros' list, it's really long and in my personal opinion, it's a great place to stay.

Availability of tissue paper in toilet and towels in bath. 7. While booking, there was option to choose between twin beds or 1 double-bed.

Weaker coverage of WiFi. This was maybe just problem of our room cause it was far from other rooms.

It’s calm and nice place to stay in Vienna. Breakfast were served just on time for us and were royal.
