The room inside was a little bit outdated yet clean and good looking. For me personally i would update pillows and mattresses

We were looking for a room with mountain view and we’ve got it! Amazing view right from the bed. We loved it. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Overall the little town is just magic

I am alergic and I got a runny nose the fisrt time w got there, maybe the carpets are not cleaned that often, other than that it was clean. To get to stubai glacier you either take the car, which takes a little bit under 30 minutes or you take the bus, but the bus is almost 50 minutes and is pretty far for walking there with your ski boots on and with your skis.

The staff was great. Very nice cafe and restaurant in the hotel, both had great food and drinks and was relatively cheap for the portion. Easy to get on a hike from there.

The rooms have seen a lot over the many years, the bathroom isn't up to standard, the toilet squeezed in in a big room, but the towels, which had mega holes in it should not be standard and are a disgrace. Change the towels, do yourself and your guests the favor.

Cute hotel with very friendly and willing staff. Breakfast was very tasty and dinner too. Hotel is 30 min. far from Stubaier Gletscher. When you ski, you can take ski bus to glacier or go with own car.

Needs renovation. It misses an elevator. No fridge in the rooms. Not good WiFi. Medium breakfast.

Quiet and peaceful location set away from the main road. Great views of the mountains and surrounded by cow pastures.

Felt like the hotel was almost closed in October. Better to go there on summer or on wintertime. When arriving from Italy by motorway, You had to pay the Europe Bridge toll even though we turned to the hotel before the bridge. If we had continued the same road in the morning, we would have had to pay again.

The checkout process could have been a bit smoother. Also the road to get there is a toll road.

Awesome location right near Brenner in a very quaint Tirolern village. The rooms are cozy and have everything that one needs. The restaurant was also very good.

It was very beautiful on the mountain, super friendly staff and very easy to find, bring about 10 minutes from the motorway for our onward trip.

The room key comes with an antique keychain, it's nice but it's a heavy piece of metal which is a burden to carry around while exploring the surroundings on foot. There is no lift so heavy luggage or elderly might be a problem.

Excellent staff, comes with free parking. The view surrounding the hotel was fantastic. Wasn't able to enjoy dinner at the hotel as the restaurant was closed on the day we stayed, but it wasn't a problem as a walk down the slope to the town centre is less than 10mins. Breakfast way exceeded our expectation. You may take a 15mins walk or a quick drive to the nearby cable car station to have a better view up on the mountain during summer.

The balcony had no light, so it was very dark at night. While it is understandable why the hotel has no AC in the rooms, a fan could've been helpful as the weather was hot, and the room was very warm during the night.

Very nice staff, the girl in the reception upon our arrival was welcoming and very helpful! The room was spacious and the balcony was comfortable. Good breakfast.

Did not have breakfast and the restaurant was closed when we were there. The people at the reception were very nice and , the room had a balcony with a gorgeous view. The room could use some upkeep, but overall it was spacious and clean
