The only thing i can mention is that for some people the mattresses could be a bit too "hard". But thats just how one likes it. For us it was good! ;)

We had an appartement for 4 persons. We really had a lot of space, the furniture was very modern and all in all a good looking interior. The kitchen had everything you need to have. The 2 bathrooms made it easy for 4 people to coordinate in the morning.

bedsheets and pillows are 100% polypropylene, which some may like due to antiallergenic properties, but we couldnt really sleep well in those, sweating and inconvenient, they didn't have any alternatives and looked at us like our enquiry was absurd, why would anybody not want to sleep in pure plastic?

May improve restaurant menu to be more international.

This is the second year for us in Wildkogel. Avery thing was great the apartment, location, cleaning, parking spot and near grocery store, restaurant and skiing area.

Modern, close to ski lift, good restaurant on site. Nice wellness and two pools, one with outside portion. Very clean and well equiped. High prices than last year. Basement appartment does not have nice view and privacy.

All good, but would be better if there's a little tea bags available in the room at least for the arrival. Also, it would be good to stick a little basic medication at the reception.

Modern, clean, spacious apartments with everything you need. Great restaurant and the spa area was excellent too. Location is right next to the ski lift and close to the supermarket. Couldn’t be better.

Difficult to find & reserve a spot in the hotel's restaurant due to small number of tables.

The pools were smaller than I expected. Not much to see in the area before the ski lift starts.

Wonderful and cozy room. Spacious and nice settings. They made beds in such a welcoming way and that was impressive (swan shaped towers). Super friendly staff.

- All the communication is in German, even after I told them a couple of times that I speak English. Even the survey I got by email afterwards is only in German. - Staff was pretty rude multiple times, no hospitality at all. - Rooms are very hot in winter, even if you turn all the heating off. - A surcharge for a sauna blanket and no slippers in a hotel with a sauna is just absurd. - Lights in the rooms flicker all the time.

The staff was super unrelaxed. Every bit of things has a price tag, kind of: if you lose your card, cost X, if you want one more towel, Y. We would like to pay in general a bit more to just not think about money every other second
