Entrance for car is very narrow (but this cannot be helped). The WiFi was very weak and often failed. Very frustrating for international travelers!

Location was decent, parking on site, despite being on a busy street it was still very quiet!

Didn't know about the stairs, only told when we were checking in. Too much for our ages. 4 people stayed for 9 nights but only given one set each of towels and no toiletries.

Location is central, accessible to public transports. The property is ample for our number of people. Staff are very friendly and welcoming

Big apartment with the basic you need. comfortable beds, ok bathroom. we didn’t use the kitchen. Nice they have dishwasher.

The internet connection was very weak, and to be honest, the neighborhood felt pretty sketchy. There were men hanging out, smoking, and shouting in the street all night, and despite the heat being cranked way up in the apartment (and we couldn't adjust it), we slept with the windows shut because of how loud it was. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, but no restaurants except a takeout pizza/kebab place. A lot of the stores are shuttered and graffitied over. Obviously the host has no control over this, but it's something to take into account.

The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were able to cook Christmas breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. (Though it would be helpful if there were any basics, like oil, available so we didn't have to buy a full bottle and then leave it behind.) Water pressure in the shower is great. We didn't use the bus system, because you can walk to the downtown in about 25 minutes along the river or along winding cobblestone streets.

Cannot lock the front door and bed room doors from the inside and your only given 1 set of keys. The apartment was not clean.

Sizewise, this is more of a studio flat than an appartment.

Quiet and comfortable flat. Well located for rail, bus to the old town, and the S Bahn. Pleasantly retro feel.

Difficult communication with the lady host. Located on a high-traffic road : very noisy. if you drive a car be careful when parking : hard operation as you have to go through a very narrow passage.

We got nr.11: super ! It is a King size ( old style 80es ) appartment featuring : 2 large bedrooms + 1 room featuring a sofa + a large living room + 1 bathroom + 1 toilette. We were 4 persons ( 2 couples ) but actually there was place for 6 people. You can get to the Oldtown by a 15-minutes walk. resuming : good value for your money !

It could be more clean (kitchen and bathroom). a microwave in the kitchen would be more useful than an oven. After negative comments here I was expecting something worse, so I was positively surprised :)

Easy check-in / check-out, nice contact with the host. The appartment is very close to the city center (20 minutes walk), to public transport. The appartment is quiet big and the sound isolation from a noisy street works well.

The road was noisy when front windows were open (we were there in very hot weather). An iron and hairdryer would have been nice. Also kitchen scissors and a teapot.

The drive in is very narrow and you should be a professional driver to drive through. The garden is with dirty tables and chairs. There wasn’t a hairdryer and an iron until we asked the housekeeper for when we met her on the third day of our staying. It was a shock for us when the housekeeper came in the apartment to leave a letter when we were out and even in the morning when we were in the house she unlocked the door with her own key!

The rooms of the apartment are spacious. There is a shower and a bath.

The property is on quite a busy road and not far from the hospital. We couldn’t have the windows open at night because of the noise. There is no toaster or coffee machine/cafetière, the oven and hob take an age to warm up. Very limited pans and not enough crockery/cutlery. No mugs, just small cups. As a few people have mentioned it’s very difficult to drive the car into the car park, fine once you’ve done it a couple of times! We were on the third floor, with no lift. Didn’t bother us, but might other people. However we felt is was good value for money.

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the flat is in a good location, distance wise to the old town. It’s a quiet building and well maintained.

I recommend you to use long small brush and baking soda to wash off inside the coffee machine. I traveled with my close friend but I don't want to show everything what I do inside the bathroom. It would be better if there is a kind of curtain on the door of the bathroom because it is transparen much more than I thought.

Most of the requirements mentioned in the past has been improved when we visited in April 2022 1. One big towel, one small one provided for each for 4 nights 2. There are an electric kettle, an electric filter coffee machine, a hair dryer 3. Curtain was clean. * Location is perfect, The apartment was safe, calm and clean. Personally, the doors are cool. 😎

WIFI.. Could not use WIFI, it was not working properly keeps disconnecting automatically and speed was also not good ..
