No soap or shower gel in the apartment, I find this the minimum that a hotel should provide to its guests

The room was spacious, the beds were also big and comfortable. There was free parking available at the location. I also liked the self check in, would be good to find it in other small hotels such as this one

The common area is also automatized (like rooms, with no staff) and if you haven't brought some spare euro change/coins, you won't be able to enjoy the vending coffee. And it's not bad at all. Also it is a small area for only 3 ppl and one socket, in case you're waiting someone.

The place even though is self regulating, with no staff whatsoever has a good feel about it. The rooms are clean, kinda spacious even in the dorm formation but with no working area (for us on business trip). Good parking area.

There was some negligible imperfection, but nothing essential.

It was close to city center, the wiev to Schneeberg was beautifull. It wasn't noisy. The apartment was really big, and had a big terrace.

I didn't like that the TV in the room was not a smart TV. For international guests, there is not English channel. My children like to watch cartoons, but it was not possible.

I liked the breakfast area with coffee machine. Also we get access to the kitchen with 5 euro per day, and kitchen is erquipped with all you need for holiday.

Nice place for one night. Comfortable enough, in a calm area, close to highway. Self checkin at any time, parking. There is also a coffee machine downstairs.

Room was generaly clean but I saw some towels and bed sheets in the closet but they were not either clean or folded. I dont know why they have used our closet for this purpose. There was no air condition, but they have provided a vantilator. It was a bit small. There were also some kind of led lights with different colours, but it was not working too.

It was all automatic, from the payment till the leave and they have offered private parking area.

It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge or some water in the room. The soundproofing could be much better - people arriving late at night kept waking my toddler.

The room was spacious and clean. It was in a convenient location for driving through the area for a night stopover, and the checkin with the machine was super efficient.

The showerhead had low pressure and it changed temperature at random. There was also missing space for the shampoo in the shower. A bit squeaky beds.

Price, location, self check in and check out. The housekeeping was nice too, waited until we left and gave us a tip with the direction to the shop

I only didn't like the fact that the options for breakfast (in and around the place) were scarce.

I really liked the automatic check-in experience, the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities (specially the beds) and the silent environment. It's a great place to stop for sleep while driving through Austria, I really recommend it.

The room did not correspond the picture on booking.com The third bed was just randomly put in the middle of the room, unlike in the picture. I would have never ordered a room like this. It wasn’t a triple room, it was a double room with an extra bed in the middle
