You can hear everything next door and the bathroom if you don’t close the light the air conditioning will keep make noise for a very long time!

Due to unusual heat wave, the rooms were very hot and stuffy with no air conditioning or fans. Not their fault, but they do have very large windows to open for fresh air, as long as the sun is not on them. We struggled to cool the room down even though we left the window open all night. As I said due to heat wave.

Very clean, close to sports stadium which was important for us. Town is walking distance as is available transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, fresh and plenty, coffee was very good. All in all we were happy staying there.

There was no air conditioning to be found in the room even though it was listed, the stairway was covered but outside and made out of metal (thus sometimes hard to not make noise climbing the stairs) and there was no elevator, the door between stairway and hallway was heavy (and could be heard from the room) and there was some dust accumulation under the bed. When the bathroom fan turned on (which couldn't be avoided as it came on by itself shortly after the bathroom light was turned on), the shower drain started smelling unless the window was tilted or open. Also the bathroom door was a sliding door with about an inch wide gaps thus the smell would inevitably also get in the room, again unless the window was open or tilted.

basic but tasty breakfast included, everything was fairly new and almost perfectly clean, the staff was very helpful, accomodating and friendly, the automated check in was fairly easy (as I arrived in the middle of the night), there was plenty room to park (gravel parking lot), the room had a great view of the landscape, the hotel is located in a quiet area, window has been tilted upon arrival thus it was nice and cool insde with fresh air which I appreciated. There were lightproof curtains which were awesome as I needed to catch some Zs even after the sun rose, and there were light switches for both reading and ceiling light right next to the bed. There were wrapped plastic cups available in the bathroom, as well as small containers of shower gel and shampoo as well as soap provided. The shower had a level entry and was wider than usual.

If it is possible to cover the automatic machines for snacks and drinks. I was in front of them while it was raining and I got all the water, just this to be implemented. :)

We arrived and couldn't find where to check in, after a few calls the owner came and gave us the master key because our key wasn't available. In the room or around the motel couldn't find a cup of tea or a kettle. The breakfast included in the deal was minimal and not as good as the pictures. The shower had no door so all the water leaks on the bathroom floor, no shampoo or soap at the room.

Check-in was problematic. We managed to get a card from the automat machine for our booking, but our friend didn't and he had to stay the night in our room because the staff wasn't there or answering the phone. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We had to pay extra for a decent meal.

The moment we arrived, the room was very very warm, hundreds of flying insects were on the ceiling that fell down every 10-20 seconds, cars were very loud and there was nor air-conditioning nor ventilation. The building seemed to be built with cheap material as the walls were paper-thin. Because of the heat I went sleeping on the floor. Other thatn that, our neighbour spent the evening getting drunk, so unfortunately we heard him throwing up three times, snoring, burping and drinking between 22:00 and 2:30. Since he left the television on so loud at 24:00, we knocked on his door but he didn't open. I could not sleep at all. When the television was still on at 2 AM, we tried to make contact with Motel XL but no one picked up the phone. We tried multiple times to make contact with our neighbour, but without response. The next morning, I hoped for a good breakfast to make up for the very bad night. We waited one hour before we got our breakfast. Also, the breakfast that was included in the stay was very disappointing, it included a kaiser semmel with 3 pieces of cheese and some marmalade. This was the worst stay ever, never ever here again.
