Everything was perfect!! We are fascinated!! You can rarely meet such a dedicated host! We had absolutely everything we need! Even salt, vinegar, vegetable oil, hair dryer, coffee press, etc… Everything was very clean!! We paid for an apartment for 4 people but the place was for 6 people!! And the price was very cheap, especially for the quality!! Well done! Bravo!!

No air condition but electrical fans which could be Ok in Autumn and Spring seasons. No washing machine which is not advantageous for long stays or families.

Location is great and near from everything: Spar is opposite to the building, restaurants, groceries, one very good cafe (Tortena) you can see from your window and subway. I also liked facilities, prompt response of the host and positivity, spacious rooms and very fast wifi

In the summer, with open windows, it was very noisy since apartment is on main road. Kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no utensils for making coffee and no tea pot. Apartment should need some maintenance, especially windows and window shades. Advertised private parking in unpaved P+R parking 10 minutes away (by foot).

Nice, spacious apartment, close to U-Bahn station. Rooms are big and clean, with comfortable beds. . Check-in and check-out was flawless. Grocery is just across the road.

Very comfortable apartment just 5 minutes from the U1 Metro Line station, so the city center is reachable within only 15 minutes. The place - located in a very quiet neighborhood - is very spacious and well-equiped, which makes it perfect choice to stay in Vienna for groups of friends or families.

A minor inconvenience is that there's no shower head stand so you have to hand-hold it all the time. The property does not provide shampoo/shower gel/slippers for the guests so you may have to request them in advance.

The place looks exactly like the images and it was very clean. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom has floor heating which is quite nice and hot water all the time. The kitchen was well equipped (we didn't use it for cooking; just drinks) with coffee/tea, a coffee press, a microwave, sugar, etc. - all you need for a quick coffee/breakfast before you leave to explore the city. There's a poster just above the sink advising you it's safe to drink tap water which I thought was a great touch. The metro station is a 5 min walk away from the apartment and there are 2-3 supermarkets around the corner as well. Overall, it's a great place to stay for 2-3 nights.

Though it was declared as an no-smoking accommodation, the place smelled of old smoke. The host were fast to redeem themselves after we mentioned it, we appreciated that.

I missed some comfort for a longer stay. For example, one of the rooms didn't have a wardrobe. I would have appreciated an espresso machine and some basic supplies (napkins, laundry detergent etc.). Although the rooms were nice, the kitchen and the bathrooms need to be renovated. They looked a bit weary. It would be nice to have a shower head holder, a couple of shelves in the bathroom as well as a lamp over the bathroom mirror.

The apartment is very good for a short stay. It is not close to the center but very well connected with public transport. There is a big supermarket and a restaurant a few meters away. It was clean. The rooms were nice. The hosts were very hospitable and responsive. Check-in and check-out were seamless. There is an elevator in the building, as well as a nice inner court.
