Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the old town and close to the train station. The staff were helpful, the breakfast in the morning was really good. Coffee is available and there is seating downstairs for drinks etc, The room was very comfortable and a good size.

Highly recommended this Hotel! Very central and the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great…. Cereal, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese and cold meats, Hot breakfast, bread, croissants and pastries.

Excellent location, 10 mins walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the old town. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent. First time I've had wine from a vending machine (cheaper than the "honestly bar").

Water kettle and coffee and tea bags were provided after requesting. Otherwise everything was at place.

Outside the hotel's control/not their fault - the construction outside our window made for a couple noisy mornings but it was easy to overlook.

The staff at Hotel Zach are incredible. It's a family business and you can really feel it. This was one of the best places we stayed on our travels due to the kindness and attentiveness of the whole team. Their smiles, service and attentiveness were so appreciated. The breakfast was also the best we'd had as well - lots of variety, so many healthy options and heartier ones as well, and delicious fresh coffee made to order! The building is so cosy as well and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay at Hotel Zach again.

In order to get to some rooms (I had one) you must walk down and then up the stairs (about 1/2 of one floor height). It might be difficult for older people with baggage to get there.

Excellent location, near Hbf, you can easily find the hotel even without Google Maps :)

There was a confusion with parking reservation. It is not enough to write that you want to reserve a space in the comments, you must also later confirm that you are ok with the price, because apparently some other guests are not happy with the pricing. But this was resolved for us in the end.

Very central location. Modern, stylish rooms and interior. Good view out of the window, if you reserve top floor rooms. Excellent breakfast. Multiple parking options - public underground parking right in front of the hotel, very safe underground parking option 3 min walking distance (but must be reserved and confirmed separately). Also luggage drop zone in front of the hotel is appreciated.

It was a last minute call to reserve a hotel and we’re absolutely happy about it. We got an upgrade the day of arrival which was a very nice surprise. It’s located in the city center, super clean. Staff was very friendly and we got a welcome card for our stay. Breakfast was also very good, great services. High recommend! We will book it again if we return!

No coffee/tea making facilities in room but when we left we were told we could have asked for a kettle. It's in the information but we didn't notice. Next time we will!

Good location, walking distance from the town and the main railway station. Friendly receptionist who helped us work out the buses/trams to get to various places. Room comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and all nice and fresh. Pleasant breakfast room. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Would be nice if the Welcome tickets (that allow you to use city transportation free) are printed and given to customer at check-in and also explain the benefits. We did not receive the room that was presented in the booking picture. Unfortunately, so it happens that there is a construction cross the street therefore, from 7 AMto 7PM there is a lot of noise.
