From the welcome to the departure we were amazed with how well run and friendly and attentive all of the staff were. This family run hotel is a must if you are visiting the St Anton area. Nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail was some of the best we have experienced and we travel a lot. We were made to feel very welcome and we will definitely be back! Thank you all at Hotel Zur Pfeffermuhle for your hospitality and sharing you family and beautiful hotel with us!!

SwitzerlandIn the bathroom, have a door in the shower as we could feel the cool air when we were having our shower. Have summer duvets (lighter ones) instead of the heavy ones.
Food for breakfast and dinner was amazing. We had booked half board, it is highly recommended. Quality of food, creativity of dishes, use of local products. The team was exceptional, very friendly, with a great attention to details, always pleased to help and do more to make the guests feel happy and comfortable.

LuxembourgIn my view, cocktails and cafeteria were not in line with the high standards offered and delivered by the menu and can be improved. For example, we asked for an Aperol Spritz, but it was not done with Aperol but some other liquor.
Family run hotel, with super caring, attentive and smiling personnel, really focused on making your stay nice and going the extra mile to make you feel at home. I require a gluten-free nutrition regime, and the very nice menu was adapted for me in an outstanding manner. Top marks!

IsraelBoth breakfast and dinner were absolutely perfect. Variety and abundance of food. Staff were kind, helpful and very welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Shuttle from hotel to the ski lifts and back is convenient and compensates the distance. Also ski bus drops you 1 min walk from .the hotel Last but not least the spa and sauna area is pampering and we enjoyed closing the ski days there.

Where to start...Everything was amazing. Being a heavy travler i have visited so many ski resorts and hotels but this is much more because of everything together. Starting with the amazing Klimmer family, the owners, which are doing everything possible that their guests will feel at home. Nothing less. All with a great smile and best service. In addition the hotel is beutifully decorated mixing young and old design which gives very warm and relaxing atmosphere in all areas of the hotel, like Loby, dining room, SPA, etc. Rooms are large enough although not the biggest i have seen, but are very comfortable and newly designed. The SPA and all Saunas and relaxing area are great, looks new, and maintained in the highest level. We enjoyed it every day and didnt want to miss it even once. Breakfast and dinner are included and in addition some apre ski snack with so many tea types and more, so there is no reason to look for any other place to eat. Breakfast is very good and includes wide variaty of choises. Dinner is something else in the GOOD WAY because of the great Chef and changing 6 course menu every day. We liked each and every dinner a lot. Great complemnts to the Chef. The hotel is Not near any gondola, and we had a car, but it wasnt needed because the gotel has a private limosine shuttle that takes you with no delay to the gondola so all is very easy and comfortable. Bottom line of course we will return to this hotel when visiting St. Anton the next time. Thank you Klimmer family and amazing Stuff, we had an amazing vacation.

GermanyNot much of a view from our hotel room, but this was a minor quibble.
Fantastic food all around (we had half-pension and it was PLENTY of delicious food.) Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and very comfortable. The in-house spa was very nice and a welcome addition to the end of our skiing day. The location was a little outside of St. Anton (5 min drive or 20 min walk) but hotel ran regular shuttles and the walk was pleasant.

BelgiumThe only thing I can think of is the pillows - they weren't very supportive - however I didn't make the effort to ask for an extra/different pillow so I'm not sure if the hotel has other options. This is a small thing - everything else was excellent. If you're someone who needs a firm pillow you may want to enquire if they have other options, otherwise just bring your own. That being said.. I slept really well!
I've stayed at quite a few chalets in Europe and Hotel zur Pfeffermühle has been the best so far. The hospitality from everyone there was so welcoming, and the entire environment was extremely comfortable. The rooms are a great size and tastefully decorated. We had a lovely balcony with a nice view of the mountains, while still being private. The sauna area is well equipped and there's enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The food was excellent - by far the best half board I've ever had. The 5 course meal at the end of the day definitely sets you up for a good night sleep and the breakfast in the morning provides a lot of options - there's something for everyone. The drinks are also excellent and the bar staff has excellent wine recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all types of travellers.

United KingdomThe standard double room was fine, the bathroom wasn't anything special and could do with an update. Tea was very hit and miss, mainly miss! No water was provided with tea after skiing, when I asked for tap water I was told I would have to pay for it.
The family suite was amazing, even better than the photos. Breakfast and lunch were excellent quality. The minibus transfer worked very well and the drivers were great. Communications after booking and before arrival were excellent.
