Hot water comes after 2 minutes waiting with running faucet…wasting of water. The faucet in our room was making squeaky noise when working.

Bit noisy passerbyes behind the door late night - probably late comeback from some restaurant. But it is not problem of the hotel itself, but problem of selfish (drunk) people.

Great location, walking distance to almost anywhere (Railway Station, city center...). Very good breakfast and also public restaurant belonging to hotel is very good, good beer, good food, good service, reasonable prices.

Good choice of food for the the breakfast buffet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfortable enough for one person for a couple of days. The location was noisy (town centre) but shutting the window shut the noise out totally. Good food was available during the day too.

All was fine as far as location and comfort. I would give the beds a slightly lower rating only because they were a bit too soft for me, but that’s just my personal opinion, and they were still comfortable.The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated them accommodating me with my disability to make my stay pleasant.

The room was a bit cramped; on day 2, there was a weird smell in the room. The bath area was too small. Was not provided with the Wifi details.

Everything was great!

Great location, easy 7min walk to the main square. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Well appointed patio, lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Everything was very clean. Bed and pillow were very comfortable, and the room was larger than I expected! It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was an amazing spread of breads, jams, cereals, eggs, bacon, juices, coffee and fruits, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

it gets quite noisy as there is a restaurant right below the rooms, moreover accomodation did not cooperate nor was willing to provide any solution as we had to cancel or reschedule our booking

Great location, with a 5 minute walk to the center of the town, the Schlossberg mountain and clock tower (Uhrturm). The Lendplatz open air market is right across the street, selling fresh produce daily. Lendplatz has several quaint restaurants, with outdoor seating. The hotel is located a 5 minute bus ride from the Graz train station. Excellent price.

The cold scrambled eggs. It would be nice to be able to toast bread. Now that I'm writing this, I should have just asked!

The staff were really and helpful and friendly. The room was larger than most and exceptionally clean. We had dinner there as well and it was great. 10 minute walk to the centre. I will happily stay there again.
