The screen didn't work in my room so I wasn't able to turn on any AC or fan, or turn off the light so it was easy for other to see inside. I had to drape some clothes in the window and use a sleep mask to darken the room. Rooms were hot so I had to lift the roof hatch and keep it open with my carry on luggage so I could breath.

Pods were cozy. Ear plugs and sleep mask was provided. Perfect amount of space for what I needed. Good concept if they worked properly (screen, ac, light). I actually got a decent night's sleep. Waking up in the airport was convenient and easy. I read the reviews before booking so I knew what to expect.

People kept discussiung in the hall about how the pods work (still I don't get, how people don't get it). Maybe a few reminders of staying silent would help here as some people don't have a feeling of their own noise. Also the doors slam too loud. From 5 o' clock on, I woke up every 20 minutes because of people leaving their cabins. from 23-5 it was mostly quiet, though.

It's easy to reach and if you made a reservation, it's not complicated to check in. The room was clean and they even provided earplugs. The controls in the pod are easy to understand and everything works intuitively.

The screen in my room didn't work, and I need it to do everything from lowering a door screen to turning off the lights. So I had to call a customer support to do it remotely. Seeing, how it is the main feature, somebody needs to check those more often.

It's a very convenient to sleep in the airport, and a customer support on a phone was very nice. A bed was okay, and a room was clean.

The noise - other people coming and going were very loud, The rooms were too warm and too bright. I don't think you have considered other people snoring or breaking wind and the ear plugs did not stop it.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. No separate pillow - just thickened end of the mattress. With very rigid surface - like medical bunk. Air conditioning is poor.

Owerall quite good if we talk about sleeping pods in the airport. Location is in quiet corner of the airport, but very close to the gates and check-in area. Easy to handle.

The toilet is a public toilet at the airport. The bed is hard, like in a health centre. No sheets. It's really hot in the small booth! The fan keeps the noise down, but doesn't help the temperature.

Location in airport terminal, on the upper floor. Just a few dozen steps to check-in. Read the instructions sent to you in the email very carefully!

-I think I got bed bugs, was itching all over with welts after I stayed in the pod. V unpleasant -It is unbearably loud. Sadly many other guests are the main fault coming in constantly talking, shouting etc loudly. Each time is exit to eg bathroom temporarily in night, the door opening/ shutting is extremely loud, like a banging crashing noise. Ear plugs provided and ventilation has a hum but this is tough to block out -The temperature is extremely warm, uncomfortably in the tiny cabin. If you close the roof and turn on the ventilation you have very cold feet -A flimsy tissue is provided which comes off easily & doesn't cover bed underneath. I squirmed at thought of skin touching this all night -Is no pillow so it is a very hard surface -No blanket provided, is just a place to lie down briefly but this is hard with temperature issues -Area is totally public & not screened off- not even a cord to give suggestion of this. Was whole family camped outside with screaming children not staying in cabins disturbing the area

There are no shower facilities. The bathroom facilities are simply the airport bathroom next door. Soundproofing is bad and the darkness is not complete. The mattress and the pillow are integrated, so you can’t choose any sleeping position you like. It’s absurdly overpriced. It’s priced as a hotel, considering that the comfort level is closer to sleeping on an airport bench than a hotel room.

It’s inside the airport, so it’s the best option for an early flight. There are no blankets, but the temperature is ok even if you sleep in your underwear.

The explanation was not really clear. Personnaly, I understand how it worked but I 've spend almost an hour to explain it to the other guests. There is an internet screne in the room where everything (also check out time) is explained, but several screens (including mine) didn't work. I suppose that, because of that, the lights as well as the airconditioning didn't work either.

Zzzleepandgo is only for when you have an early flight the following morning. It's easy that there is a possibility to sleep in the airport

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, and you can hear the noise from outside even with upper blind and door blind shut and ventilation also wasn't good at all, people were trying to open the door few times thinking it is their room. It should be a controlled area, and need lots of improvements.

the bed is not comfortable, no pillow, too hard to sleep, ventilation is so loud, that you have to choose either to at least try to sleep without it and sweat like a pig or sleep with a noice. there’s no shower as it’s mentioned, even a common one. People are loud around, every single noise is heard, as if it’s inside.

Location and privacy are the biggest advantages.

I do not mind the ascetic or minimalistic style/form, but the key problem with the cabins is the heat. I was sleeping almost completely naked and it was difficult, because I was feeling hot. There is a ventilator one can switch on, but even with earplugs, it is quite noisy. Outside the corridor is airconditioned (it is the airport after all), but inside the cabin hot. Also, after you check out the paper sheet on the bed changes automatically, which does not increase trust in the hygienic precautions done. Surely more should be done and hopefully it is.

The location at the airport is perfect for taking the next light. Not far from restaurants as well. Easy to access as well. I have received instructions, but it was straight forward. Instructions helped me to find the place as well.

Going into the evening I knew there was no quilt of pillow but i didn't read in many reviews just how hot it is. My pod electrics weren't working but the guy in italy in the centre could remotely trigger items inside my pod for me. I am just about 6foot 1 and I was pushing it for comfort. The raised head area isn't very raised and my neck hurt. Also lots of people who arent paying for the service just go to sleep at the end of the corridor so an otherwise quiet area is made a lot louder. I didnt see any staff members on premise like other reviews suggested, and the doors to the pod array are left open for anyone to walk in.

It is very convenient. From the train station it is only about 5 minutes to the pods. It is then only a floor above the departures area. It is generally quiet and eye mask and ear plugs are provided if you need them.
