There were not enough coat hangers in the bedroom but when we requested more they were provided. The wifi signal also was not brilliant.

The location was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was spacious and my son loved the swimming pool.

It was a little old and unkept. A few dust bunnies and the furniture needs replacing.

Fantastic location. Easy to get to all attractions. Easy parking for a rental car.

The room was very dated and not as clean as I would have liked. We dusted and cleaned under the chairs and couch. The crockery and cutlery also was very stained from the dishwasher. Very limited cooking items. Also the cooking smell from the other rooms on the floor were sometimes very overpowering.

Location was great, view was fabulous and the pool was very good. Towels were very fluffy.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the view over the esplanade and water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were a bit tired but adequate and when the washing machine didn't function it was quickly replaced. The apartment was fairly soundproof - we never heard noise during the night

Our first night was hot because the air conditioning really needs better explanation. There are so many details that it’s easy to miss that there is a night setting and we are not familiar with such a system. Once it was explained we were great with it. Also, the couches really look beat up - they should be replaced.

The furniture is old and could do with replacing.

We required accommodation close to the hospital and this was perfect. View was spectacular, looking out over the ocean very relaxing.

The apartment is very tired and needs upgrading. Needs more furniture in the bedrooms, no chest of drawers or shelves. We stayed 8 nights, so was difficult to fully unpack.

Location was lovely opposite the Esplanade, a good 25 minute walk to central Cairns. Balcony was lovely. We had a problem with the fridge/freezer and it was replaced with a new one the next day. Customer service was excellent.

Couple of minor screw driver fixes, which I'm sure has been attended to after mentioning. Built in cupboards - heaps of hanging rails in both bedrooms - an advantage would be free standing set of shelves to at least put clothes somewhere. Bedside drawers hold very little.

Excellent ocean view & of the Esplanade foreshore. Great walking paths & exercise equipment opposite. Central to nearby eateries & easy walk into city centre. Underground car parking as well las rear entrance upper-level short term drop off or pick up. Large apartment suited to a family. With air con on no street noise & generally not much traffic sound as very reduce speed limit. Right next door to Cairns Hospital so very suited to visiting hospitalized family. Staff friendly & obliging - willing to assist any queries. Overall excellent stay.

The TV Took a long time like 7 days to be connected to transponder, like we didn’t have any TV for 7days . But they didn’t offer me a small refund or anything.. very disappointing..

There is no reception after 5 pm Only one lift was working and it was jerky. Cleaning only once a week

The spa/shower and washing machine leaked. The light in main bathroom was flickering.

As many other reviews have stated, the apartment needs updating. The bathrooms especially are dated and tired. It would have been lovely to have Sky channels on the t.v.

The apartment was roomy and clean. The staff were friendly. The view was beautiful. The air conditioning worked ok for us switching either to bedrooms or the living area. It would have been more helpful to have the choice of all areas at all times however. The pool was lovely, very refreshing in the humidity. It was a straight, easy walk along the Esplanade to the town centre and pier for reef trips and I'm sure it was 20 minutes, but the humidity made it feel much longer and uncomfortable. We are usually walkers, but we ended up caving in and getting an Uber! We probably would have liked a few more choices for eating out close by, but Muddy's was good and there is a nice coffee shop on the corner.
