Cold meats and cheese like European continental breakfast would be nice. Flooding of corridors during heavy rain due to floors open to the elements although amazing cleaning staff attended to it when they could. Elevators took a long time - painful when you're on the 20th level. Nothing else to add here.

Location was excellent. $35 by taxi from airport. Cleanliness top notch. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice with toast, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, pastries, fruit, pancakes. Room facilities included fridge, iron, ironing board, toiletries, aircon, fan. Hotel had nice pool and gym which was used by me and nobody else it seems. Harbour view room was amazing.

I had an excellent room. great view over the harbor and everything you needed in a living room, kitchen and bedroom or the bathroom. My room was on the 20th floor and the sunsets were fantastic! the room also had a separate air conditioner and fans in each room, which was just great, as I could change the temperature as I wanted it..

No food options after 930pm in the hotel and considering how you can't get meals in Darwin after that time during the week that is disappointing. Room service would be nice.

This is my third recent stay at Oaks Elan and every time have been impressed by the cleanliness, staff friendliness and assistance and overall feeling of safety here. Bonus was the breakfast which was fantastic for an included continental breakfast. I was starting work early and the staff allowed me to take some breakfast with me in a takeaway container, which was much appreciated.

We requested rooms near each other and they were able to accommodate us with rooms right across from each other. We had the corner rooms so view was lovely. Pool was great. So was the breakfast (we paid extra for a hot breakkie)

I could hear the people above me making a noise dropping things, dragging chairs all night. The restaurant menu is very boring.

Ok l understand 2pm check in, the day before l tried to ask for a little earlier.... Fell on deaf Philpino ears.. lm terminal ill, so Saturday the 5th l staggered around Darwin in 35 degree heat.. Finally got room card around 13.30,by now lm so sick,(but that's my problem)the card want open the door!! 2 staff on the 20th floor minimal help.. So l go back to reception, they call the helpful man from maintenance... I'm not a dramatic person, but l really thought l was going to go into shock or die..... So I have been ask to return to Darwin hospital, l have booked 10 nights elsewhere, only because of the lack of care from reception... Anyway l like your property staff could be a little empathetic.... Restaurant staff were... 🙏 by

I really appreciate the absolute outstanding work of the restaurant staff, friendly and thoughtful.. The menu does need a simple soup for people like me that are old and ill.... Also the maintenance worker (from Timour) who got my door unlocked... I just can't remember his name...

The fire alarm going off on my first night of stay - I just got to sleep after a long and late flight and then had to walk down 22 x flights of stairs. The second night the fire alarm went off again but at least this time we didn't have to leave the building. I had thought of booking alternative accommodation because of the repeated fire alarms going off very later at night.
