Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaMostly good, the only negative was the bathroom - size was OK but overwhelmed by a huge bath with the toilet (strangely low) poked in beside the sink. As with most hotels, never enough room on the vanity for your "stuff"!
Great location, close to Darling Harbour - we were attending a show at The Star, so very convenient. Plenty of places to eat nearby and fairly easy to access. These hotels are distinctive.

IrelandGreat location tucked away in Pyrmont, with a quick shortcut through nearby carpark you can be on Darling Harbour in 3 minutes! 5-10min walk to Pyrmont bridge and beyond. Vibrant and modern lobby with glass elevators and a candy bar!! Complimentary drinks in our room too was a nice surprise. Cosy, clean and well presented room with nice amenities! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and check in/check out was swift. Would gladly stay again!

United StatesThere is nothing I didn't like. Our stay was perfect.
We arrived very early in the morning and they had a room ready for us to drop off our bags and go out exploring the city. The historic building and it's elements was beautiful and relaxing. After a long day my boyfriend found the bar stocked with good local whiskey and in fact, we ended up bringing some home with us! Perfect location to the harbor, cute cafe's and green spaces.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Woolstore and we can’t fault it. It is quiet and comfortable, but the attention to detail in this carefully restored heritage building and the calm, boutique ambience makes it something very special. It’s possibly one of the best hotel experiences you will ever have.

ThailandLocation can be challenging as it has only L1 lightrail access which stop at 11PM from cbd. We had to walk around 15mins to get back to hotel. If you have car, this place is ideal as it has huge affordable car park right in front.

AustraliaAlthough the bed pillows may look nice and fluffy, they ended up being pretty flat upon lying on them. But that's more my preferrence so it might not be an issue for others.
Location was perfect to watch an IMAX movie and explore the surrounds with friends. Upon checking-in late in the evening, the hotel staff offerred us an upgrade in room type which was special. I suppose its because they know I have returned to that hotel time and time again. The room was perfect acknowledging that we don't really care about 'space' or 'in room facilities/amenities', since we tend to go out and just use the room to rest at the end of the day.

AustraliaThick coat of dust on skirting boards and table. Room not clean. No early check in, not even after 11am when room would of been ready.
The staff were lovely especially the staff serving breakfast. Reception staff nice. Free mini bar was nice for some cold drinks. Pre asked for an early check in after my flight landed at 7am, was told to come back at 2pm. A text to say the room was ready would of been nice, instead of hanging around the foyer and outside from 7am to 2pm, having been up all night flying. I usually stay at crown plaza for work trips and they always text when the room is ready.
