It was clean. Very close to the center. 9 mins walk from the main beach. The caretaker was great. Let me do a late checkout and also keep my bags there till I had to leave for the airport. They had a hot tub as well.

Having to get out of the car to punch in the numbers needed to. open the gate was a bit annoying but having a secure parking space made up for that minimal inconvenience.

From beginning to end, I enjoyed my stay at Azur. Check in was super easy especially since I didn't have to hunt down where the check in area was - they left my key in the room along with a note welcoming me and providing good information. Prior to my arrival, Azur contacted me and gave me CLEAR instructions on what to do when I got there in terms of parking and getting my keys. They used WhatsApp which was very helpful since my messages from places I book on Booking.com appear to be on American time vs Australia time so I don't always get the information I need before I arrive to where I am staying. I liked the onsite parking so I didn't have to worry about my car sitting out on the main road. The room was beautiful! It would be an ideal location for a couple enjoying a getaway, but I enjoyed it as a solo traveler, too. The room itself was welcoming, the outdoor space was lovely, and the nearby pool was very inviting although I didn't take advantage of it. The towels were huge and the walk in shower was a plus. The bed was super comfortable. I greatly enjoyed leaving my windows open and using the ceiling fan, too. There is a community kitchen just across the way that had everything I needed. There's no beach view, but I would still very highly rate this location as a cozy getaway space.

It’s beautiful, just like the pictures. The rooms are separate villas so it feels nice and private. I had a really comfortable stay, I wish I’d stayed longer!

Note it is a collection of adjecent units around a single pool, so if you're after somewhere private, that's not the one.

No coffee pod maker, just an old plunger. But can’t complain because the property exceeded expectations in every other way.

Spotless clean, comfy beds and lovely big unit (3 bedroom). The pool was the perfect temperature too. Oh, and a massive tv in the lounge room.

Construction noise during the day. No tissue box and only one milk in small single use long life. Not a cheap stay so that was poor.

Really lovely property located a short 10 minute walk from the beach, shops and local bars/restaurants. The perfect beach feel for your stay in Byron Bay. The room was immaculate and all the facilities were amazing! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay.

Only minor & personal preference but pillows a little too puffy for my liking however this wouldn’t stop us visiting again

Super comfy beds, good sized rooms with decent shower. Great location, walking distance from all local attractions/pubs/restaurants. Super friendly and attentive staff. Offers communal kitchen, BBQ area, pool and hot tub. Reminded me of a getaway in Bali

The staff is friendly but somehow it feels that they are overworked or stressed out. Also during our stay I could never find anyone at the reception which was kinda annoying but they leave a number there so you can call them.
