Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It was only about 7 minutes away from all places that I had to go to during my stay I.e Conference Center, Shopping Centers, Train Station.. .

AustraliaRoom was on the small side, with little room to move around between bed and walls. Whilst not an issue for a short stay, it would not be ideal for an extended stay should you plan to spend time in the room. If just for sleeping, then it's perfect.
Great location at the edge of Chinatown. A few minutes walk to a large range of food options, Darling Harbour and more. Room was clean and had all that you need for a short stay.

Inner city. Close to Central Station. Easy to walk arpund Sydney. Relatively quiet although I did wear ear plugs because theres also a late night karaoke place downstairs. Tidy room with tidy bathroom and plenty of towels, bedding and pillows. 24/7 desk. Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming.

The right hand side of the mattress had a large depression and it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in and I had very sore back the next day. My disappointment was the lack of things like cutlery plates and glassware And no desk though there was room. My stay was for work and I needed a work space. I would not book there again.
The room was very basic but clean and light and airy.
