Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ChinaThe only issue is the limited car parking spots for guests. The car park is really good but there were a couple of times that there were no C20 spaces left which made deciding where to park frustrating. Tended just to go and do something else - e.g. shopping and came back and was lucky enough to find one. There are plenty of public parking spaces which in the end I didn't have to use. Was happy to pay $15 for parking.

AustraliaAll the car parking spots were taken, so we had to park on a spot that was not a spot (but as we did not restrict any exits or other cars, this wasn't forbidden either). I would have loved to see more leg work equipment and some towels at the gym.
The location of this hotel is quiet but if you have a car it does not matter. Hotel is modern and clean, and staff are very friendly.

AustraliaI did not like the elevator situation it is very confusing but once you get your head around it, it’s okay. Park -3 get a lift from -3 to level -1 Trasn lifts at -1 to room level. I also did not like the fact that there is no minibar in the rooms offered.
I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I really enjoyed the access to the sauna/pool/ garden area. I also Loved that they offered a cot for our child even it was at additional cost.

AustraliaA little amount of washing powder and 1-2 dishwasher tablets provided in the rooms would be nice, as there was a washing machine and a dishwasher. We didn't bring any with us and wouldn't buy a whole pack for our short stay. I believe we could have asked the staff for it, but it would be nice if it was just available in the rooms. Check in wasn't very easy as we had to wait for someone to let us in, as we arrived late.
Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Great for families as there is enough space for 4 people. Although a bit tight for 5.
