There were a few issues, condensation on the windows which left the carpet in the room floor to be saturated and smelt damp,, moist and mouldy. Bathroom drains were not draining correctly causing water in the shower to pool up and overflow and seep out the entire bathroom floor Sink in bathroom when using water was filing up rapidly and extremely slow in draining. I believe as a 4.5 hotel housekeeper that the wastes are not regularly removed and cleaned as part of housekeeping and room attendant services. No housekeeping although was prior arranged with reception on check in. No mattress topper and or protector on the mattress and also no pillow protectors. Mattress was extremely soft especially if you are used to a semi-firm bed Lack of ventilation.

The reception person, as we were checking out, could have put down his phone a helped us. It looked a little unprofessional. A comfy chair could have also been provided in the room. Apart from that I can’t think of anything else.

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and explained all that we needed to know. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The toiletries were nice and the room had everything that we needed.

Carpark limited spaces and multiple lift access was a bit of a hassle but only minor. Shower was a water saver head but again only a minor issue.

Most comfortable beds ever! Had the most amazing sleep which is rare outside of my own bed!

The morning we left I always take out the sheets off our of the beds. As I did that on the king size bed there were old blood stains which passed on the feedback to the lovely lady that checked us out. If I did nit take the sheets I would of not known. But we always tried to leave things as easier for the cleaners. I did also leave a note for the cleaners. I just think these stained should of been cleaned the pillow also ahd blood stains. That did put me a little off. But besides that loved the facilities. Thank you.

Room service - ordered dinner through room service and it came in takeaway plastic boxes, not the experience i was looking for with room service. Breakfast - ordered toast and when it came it was hardly toasted, more like a warm bread. However, food did taste nice.

Easy to get to location, plenty of parking and cheap, room was clean and comfortable with everything that i needed.

We stayed 3 days but only picked up our trash once even we left it outside the door for cleaners to see them easily. The apartment has no balcony or option to open the window if you need fresh air. If you go to parking, you have to transfer the elevator from the hotel to the parking, so this doesn't help if you have a lot of stuff to bring down or take to your room. They don't have towels in the pool, so you have to come down to the lobby to request a new one. Also, no phone from the room to contact the reception if you have to talk to them you have to walk down. So if you need extra shampoo towels, etc, better tell them from check-in. They were helpful, though.

Location is close to where we went in Canberra. There is a woolworths next door and some restaurants nearby. They are welcoming with pets if you have to bring them, but it would be extra charge.

No snack or fridge. I was expecting to get some milk from fridge. the aircon is not easy to press, and it was set abit cold initially by default, until I closed it.

I like the staff, they are very helpful. I like the room, its clean. I like the place, its convenient and quiet. The only thing that lacks is the fridge.
