Bed wasn't made properly daily (only blankets pulled up which I could do myself) and only supplied toilet paper every second day.

It's my 3rd or 4tb time here and I love the rooms. It's like a small apartment, very convenient for a family.

Access to a grassed area could be improved, it was a really long trek to take our pups outside to do their business. I always like a motel where I can see a tv from bed, this room was a bit closed off.

Loved the pet friendly accommodation The pantry is a great idea, able to get some drinks, chips, lollies, ice creams and all sorts of other options.

Hotel reception was not staffed overnight. It was unclear how guests would get support if they needed it from anybody. The mattress seemed too soft. On checkin, I was told I had been upgraded to a balcony view like it was a special treat. I had exactly the same pattern given to the next guest to check them. It’s in kind of redundant since it was already dark and nothing could be seen from the balcony. Perhaps There is a nice view of the golf course? I didn’t bother looking in the morning. I didn’t notice any room service or breakfast facility. Like most places in Canberra, it seemed overpriced for what it is. But I guess it’s a dependable bed for people who go out for their meals or have them delivered.

The bathroom is pretty big with washer and dryer facilities. There was no detergent though. I imagine this is available from the reception desk if you get there before the staff go home for the night. There is a ‘help yourself’ drinks fridge. I can only assume this operates on the honour system to pay at reception since it is out of sight of the reception desk. The hotel location is convenient. Plenty of parking.

Everything was great, however another mirror would have been handy.

Our family studio was spacious and it had everything we needed. We were late arriving, so we received a text telling us where our key would be and our unit number and a phone number for if we had any problems obtaining access to the room.

There were no hotel meals available to order online, which were advertised as being a facility provided.

The property included all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The furnishings were good quality. The bed was comfortable.

Great dog friendly hotel with access to a grass area for the pup. Room was spacious and the hotel very well located.

We were called the day before our booking to be advised of a $50 per day per dog fee! Made the economics a bit less attractive! Didn't have that last time, but it was pre covid!

Our second time here! Great location & facilities for the dog! Ask for ground floor grass access! Awesome!

I have RA and my room was as far from the lift you could get.

I was travelling to Brisbane to visit my 90yr old aunt, the lovely girl let me leave my car for the 5 days I was away. It saved me alot and I'm so grateful. Thank you.

beds are overly soft - solid around the edges but collapsed in the middle. window surrounds need a dust - covered in webs and dead bugs No sheers on windows so it’s either open to the carpark completely or closed with no natural light

location is great - very central. staff were so helpful and friendly. room has all we needed for an easy overnight stay. apartment size is good too

All the windows were left wide open when we checked in some time after 10pm. I think they'd been like that for hours, which wasn't ideal for the time of year
