Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaHotel reception was not staffed overnight. It was unclear how guests would get support if they needed it from anybody. The mattress seemed too soft. On checkin, I was told I had been upgraded to a balcony view like it was a special treat. I had exactly the same pattern given to the next guest to check them. It’s in kind of redundant since it was already dark and nothing could be seen from the balcony. Perhaps There is a nice view of the golf course? I didn’t bother looking in the morning. I didn’t notice any room service or breakfast facility. Like most places in Canberra, it seemed overpriced for what it is. But I guess it’s a dependable bed for people who go out for their meals or have them delivered.
The bathroom is pretty big with washer and dryer facilities. There was no detergent though. I imagine this is available from the reception desk if you get there before the staff go home for the night. There is a ‘help yourself’ drinks fridge. I can only assume this operates on the honour system to pay at reception since it is out of sight of the reception desk. The hotel location is convenient. Plenty of parking.
