Outdated furnishings, stepping on bath tub to have shower, in-house milk and coffee are aweful taste. Expensive buffet for less selection.

Beautiful mountain views from the room and balcony located at 7floors. Big room. Staff did accommodate my request for higher floor.

The sliding door needs to be fixed you need to nearly be the Hulk to open it! There were 3 of us and we all couldn't sit out on balcony to enjoy the mountains because there was only 1 old, faded plastic chair on balcony. Corroded metal in bathroom around shower head and taps which is staining the tiles. It just needs a refresh and it would look so much better. Having to be in hotel by 9pm in the main entrance and if you are later than that you have to walk around the block to the back entrance which at night isn't ideal.

Considering it is an older motel,the rooms are really clean but it is definitely time for some new bed linen. One sheet had stains and the bottom sheet pretty thread bare and discoloured. ?mattress protector? If this is possible I’m sure it would have an overall better feel. After The bed is the most important part of renting a room.

There was a problem with the lifts while we were there and there seemed to be no staff available to help after hours. A second balcony chair would have been appreciated.

Given that we used a passcode to get in at night it was annoying to not have the choice of coming in on the esplanade side. It was well lit and would have allowed us to avoid walking down a darkened street to get to the other entrance. We were usually on foot so it would also have shortened the walk.

We got three nights as a last minute and paid a high price for bog standard accomodation and location.

Not clean room we noticed all of our pillows smelly, bed not clean hairs on the floor and fridge. Next day cleaners came and want to change our beds because she said the cleaner yesterday didn't change our beds🤮

Dirty facecloths and bedside table on n check in. Tap in bathroom was broken so we had to hold it down the turn it on. Rooms weren’t made daily or it might get done late in the afternoon.

Pervading smell of dampness in the building, outdated decor more akin to the 80s than the 2000s, most food options are a longer than average walk away.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and I couldn't open the balcony door for fresh or air circulation. While the hotel was liveable, the room facilities need to be updated and the hotel needs a lot more improvement to keep up to modern standards. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way.

Good to be across from a beautiful park, good walking track near by. The mountain view was nice.
