The apartment didn’t lock from the inside which was very stressful as I had a toddler running around who was able to open the front door

The listing on booking.com did not stipulate that you had to return the key to an office in the suburbs. This was also not mentioned in our confirmation. We were disappointed to hear of this only when we picked up the keys. The office is not easy to find. Very disappointed that there was not the option to leave the keys in the apartment for the cleaners to return. Beware that you will have peak hour traffic if you are travelling north from the accommodation management office in the morning. Accommodation management blamed booking.com for this misunderstanding and booking.com accused us of not following the accommodation policies for key returns. No one took responsibility for the exclusion of information regarding returning the keys. NOT HAPPY.

It was a great place to stay. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious for 4 people. Having a washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and good water pressure in the bathrooms.

Key pickup on opposite side of town is a logistical challenge if flying in or out, but we knew about it beforehand so allowed extra time before flight out.

Fantastic location, very spacious, well equiped and beautiful apartment. Parking was easy and close to lifts.

Having to get an Uber to travel 5 kilometres to both pick up keys and drop them off again was an additional impost in terms of both time and money. A lockbox at the property would be a much better solution.

Key pick up is not in building, which wasn't disclosed until day prior, could have been costly without a car (which we had).

Great location, easy walking within cbd. Car Parking easy and accessible.

There were no extra towels for the pool. A few brochures about things to do in Canberra would have been useful. A condenser dryer would have been better in the enclosed main bathroom rather than the standard tumble dryer…in the long run it is better for the property to keep the moisture inside reduced.

It was central. The pool and hot tub on level 3 was great! The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had most things but for some reason lacked saucepans and mixing bowls. Another oven tray would have been handy!

location was excellent. The property itself was excellent with the car park easy to find. The pool and gym facilities were also an added bonus.

The main bedroom was really hot. The air con didn’t seem to work as well in that room plus all the glass made it really hot. collecting the keys was a pain and added about 30min to our already very long trip. The building was having some work done so there was no signage which made the garage incredibly hard to find (access is on a different street to the main address)

The apartment itself was lovely, clean and a great layout. the pool was also really nice. and great location.

The check-in process was annoying, and required us to go to a different suburb (5-10 minutes drive away) to pick up and drop off keys. Definitely not convenient if arriving late at night and if you need to use a third party for transport (luckily we had family to transport us to and from the key location). Not a big deal but should be stated very clearly when considering this accommodation option. Master bedroom bed (King size) is really too large for the bedroom - there is no room to put suitcases on the floor next to the bed. Queen bed would work much better.

Great location and very quiet. Generally spacious, clean, comfortable. Lounge particularly comfortable. Bathroom layout particularly good and bedroom shelving and drawers were very welcome. Well provisioned including consumables. Nice outlook through to the outdoor sitting area and across the city. Agent was very responsive to our queries.

The only problem I had was that a garbage truck came every single morning at 4.30am to empty the large slip bins downstairs. it was incredibly noisy and we hated being woken at that time every single morning.

The property was exceptionally clean, and beautifully presented. The location was excellent, parking in the building was so easy and convenient.

Wifi was very slow, but so was our cellular too. Washing powder would have been appreciated too.

Serviced apartments with no on-site concierge can be a bit hit and miss. But we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality, size and cleanliness of this apartment. So close to the shops, but with easy access to parking. The kitchen was very well appointed and the building was quiet.
