The room had been recently renovated, with a very comfortable king-sized bed, a large flat screen TV, a lot of closet space and cabinet with a bar fridge and tea / coffee making facilities (including biscuits). The ensuite had a shower which ptovided a generous flow of hot water., The restaurant is a bonus, with a very good breakfast provided at a very reasonable price.

Bathroom cleanliness not great. Stains on towels. No ‘normal’ tv channels. We arrived a little late (7.30pm) and although advertised on the door and website restaurant was open till late they said kitchen closed at 7.45. Although it’s not a kitchenette room, a couple knives and forks/plates etc for breakfast/takeaway considering above would have been nice.

Good enough for one night work trip. Nice looking room. Large comfortable bed and TV with Netflix.

The bathroom could do with a little reno but it’s nothing major. The water pressure in the shower was very low but not a major issue.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and have always found the room to be clean and comfortable. Room service is also very nice as the restaurant is very good.

No bowls or spoons,no microwave, no cleaning materials for cups even though we were there for 3 nights. Limited opening hours for the restaurant.

I was unable to access the TV one morning for some reason. The first night it took an hour for room service to arrive and that was after I called to enquire where my meal was. The meat from the roast was inedible as it was so tough my knife couldn't cut through one piece. Consequently I wasn't charged for the meal.

Room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom and toilet.

Parking was ample but awkward, angle parking is suggested. Our Shower could do with and upgrade but it worked at least, For families staying eating out is not always an option so some plates and cutlery in the cupboard would be nice so you could at least make a sandwich.

Our room was bigger than expected from the photos online, very clean and comfortable. Had most of what was needed.

Would've been nice to have bottled water and a toaster in the room plus a couple of bowls, knives and forks - just so we could have a simple brekkie each morning without having to order or go out, (although the restaurant brekkie was huge and yummy).

The people were very friendly and professional. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. Walls nice and thick so neighbour noise minimal. Plenty of parking Just a 3 minute drive into the centre of Albany town.

The room was clean, refurbished and the bed very comfy. It was great having the Ryan's restaurant on site. A challenging night for the staff as there was a power failure but they handled it with humour and grace.

it was all good, but room# 4 was little congested. But, I also understand that no other room was available.

The bathroom was outdated but fine.

The bed was incredibly big and comfortable as well as the room, big and modern tv and we loved the little sitting area with a table. Great spot to put our luggage and mini fridge was essential to us, place was clean.
