Nothing it was perfect

This hotel is in the most perfect location, everything is within walking distance and its right beside all the main malls. The hotel is a beautiful building and maintained to the highest standard, Amazing helpful Staff and the rooms size is incredible, with small kitchen , drier, washer etc. I could not have asked for a better place to stay, it really made this a great holiday.

It would have been helpful if the hotel could have sent us information about how to access its underground carpark in advance and that we could use it to do a drop off. Of course we could have asked, but you don't know what you don't know! The parking was actually brilliant once we knew about it!

Location was excellent. The hotel was just beautiful. Room facilities were very good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Would be useful to have some milk in the fridge for tea and coffee but not a big deal.

Friendly staff, quick checkin and checkout process. The rooms are very well appointed, furnished and tidy. Love the general aesthetic. A stand out for me was the soaps and products in the rooms. First of all, as someone with an MIT allergy, is so refreshing to see a product that clearly states the absence of this preservative labelled on the front. I also love from a sustainability standpoint that they are not in tiny bottles. Walking distance to so much in the city. We went to a concert at Riverstage and it was an easy walk. Would definitely stay here again, particularly as Donna Chang is just downstairs and I didn’t get a chance to eat there for my overnight stay.

We rang up about the car parking before our visit as a result of previous issues guests experienced in reviews, and the information we were provided was sparse. If only an overnight stay on the weekend, suggesting to go to the paid carpark across the road would be a better option as cheaper and so much easier to access.

Room was very spacious with good facilities for a comfortable stay. Within easy walking distance to our entertainment at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Room service is advertised but it is only for mini bar items, chips, nuts, wine, beer, etc and as the front desk was busy we had to go downstairs to collect it. The TV only offers free to air channels, no movies or casting available.

Beautiful sandstone building, spacious luxurious room, lovely balcony, location perfect. Fab Asian restaurant downstairs, Donna Chang’s.

I asked for single beds & got a King The balcony was so small not even a chair to sit on. There was no bickies to munch on No book to find out about amenities & no offer of WiFi

The car park is small and while they tell you this on the website until you drive in, you don't know if there are any spaces or not. We were lucky that as we were backing out, someone left.

Fantastic location Brisbane CBD. We requested a quiet room and it was and the bed was very comfortable.

The level of noise from the air circulation system, it sounded like a nonstop plane. I was going to bring it up with staff, but figured there’s nothing they could actually do. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the park and pool. May other floors air systems aren’t as loud?

Loved the apartment style with 2 separate bedrooms. Very comfortable with a family of four. Great location, the building is absolutely stunning.
