Only one bathroom and no lift to our room but staff were friendly and helped to carry our bags down.

Lovely cluster of apartments, new facilities, furniture, decor, washer and dryer included which worked well. Two bedroom apartment is sufficient for 4-5 adults (if 3 adults share the king bed), with ample kitchen and living space. Nice little balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.

We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment. It's spacious and well equipped with kitchen utensils, oven , dish washer, washing machine and dryer. The room is very clean and the staff is helpful. They make up the room everyday and it is very neat and clean. However, with this size apartment, it would be nice if they offer 2 bathrooms for 4 people but we can manage it with 1 bathroom, no problem. 😊

The fact that you depend on the neibourghs to be reasonable about pool noise to have a bot of quiet. But we were really lucky there too !

The location is great and it is quiet. The amenities are just perfect and the staff friendly. I was super grateful to them on our deparrimg day. We had a problem on the way back bgr check out and were late for check out. And the receptionist was still friendly about it !!!

I specifically booked an apartment with two twin rooms. When I arrived to check in before picking up my family from the airport, I noticed the rooms were both made up as doubles. I reported it to the staff member and she was very nice and accommodating, changing the layout herself. She said they did not receive the twin room request from booking.com. I also explicitly asked for a quiet room ahead of the stay. I understand that the hotel is not always able to meet every request, but because I had friends staying at this Adina hotel, I know that there are definitely quieter options than the one we got, which faced the street and was right above the cafe which has outdoor sitting area and which woke my family up in the morning. It is also a bit hit and miss with the staff. As mentioned, there are really nice staff members, but there is also one male staff member who appears to not like his job at all and is very dismissive and unhelpful.

The living room area was very spacious and nice. The location is great of course. Also the gym room was a great bonus.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, only sad that we didn't get a chance to use the pool.

The hotel was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel apartment that we have stayed in, in Sydney. It was very central to where we needed to go for the event we attended.

Disappointed with extremely slow check in - mix up with apartment - not what I had booked - no cot in room - lounge made into bed had to be dismantled.

We booked three units and it would have been nicer if they were closer together.

Rooms were more spacious than expected. Perfect for a family of four. Pool a nice bonus. A very quiet neighbourhood.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood seemingly a bit run down, however it seems that it is mostly occupied by young professionals and/or college students who are rentors. Neighborhood seems to be safe.

Unit was very big and well maintained. Pool was nice, although we did not use. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Near the Redfern train station.
