Not very clean especially in the bathroom. The toilet seat was obviously a replacement which was much smaller than the toilet itself. It was disgusting under the toilet seat. Surfaces were dusty. The kitchenette was OK but there was no coffee provided.

Close to the beach and shops. Nicely laid out cabins.

room extremely small. TV above bedhead which was very annoying. Cupboard for clothes very small, with no shelves only a few hangers, this not good for 8 night stay.

We didn’t have WiFi during our whole stay. One of the beds was broken and the shower wasn’t fixed properly so it sprayed out from the wall. Having said all this, we still enjoyed our stay due to the location, the double rooms were both good and it was a spacious apartment. The host explained that the WiFi booster was down and they were waiting on a new one, there was also an additional bed already set up for us meaning no one had to sleep on the broken bed which was good. The flow from the actual shower head was nice.

Location and lady I spoke to at reception was awesome and gave me a late checkout at no extra cost which was perfect for my situation I was in.

Wifi did not extend to the unit I was in. No streaming services avail to the TV. Even the free to air choices were very limited. SBS and Channel 7. I had to use my phone Hotspot and mobile data to watch tv on my iPad.

Central to town centre. Spacious rooms. Excellent water pressure in showers. Air con and bedroom ceiling fans were good.

There was nowhere to hang our towels once we had showered. There could be basic condiments in the kitchen like salt and pepper, and more than 2 x toilet rolls when 4 people are staying for 3 nights. The TV did not work. There was a noisy party of people around the pool playing loud music and carrying on from about 2am on the Saturday night/Sunday morning. Maybe the pool area could be locked at a certain time?

The communication process was quick and helpful. The location was great, easy walking distance to everything. They let us have a late check out. Good selection of crockery, pots, pans and cutlery.

Units appear to be in the process of renovations. Ours was missing a smoke alarm and the pool was green and slimy. Perhaps during Reno the price could have been reduced.

Staff very accomadating, assisted with our late arrival. Super close to everything in Airlee. Units clean and comfortable.

Quick response on inquiries, close to Central, walking distance to Cairns Esplanade Lagoon, clean and nice apartment, lovely swimming pools, we fell safe and can highly recommend this place

It was pretty dated. Bathroom fan didn’t work and a toaster would have been really handy. The downside of the location is that it’s pretty noisy.

The location to town was great and there’s a Woolworths across the road. The staff were super.

Issues with water in the room, lots of things were broken. Owner really needs to invest money into the place. Manager tries to fix a lot of stuff, but it's so much, impossible!

Stated rooms would have a garden or pool view which didn’t happen. Our view was of the main road.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and the Main Street. The facilities were good with a small Kitchenette and en-suite.
