The GPS was confused and guided us away from the property in the first attempt. The second attempt we finally reached to the property.

It smell and feel clean when you walk in through the entrance door. We love the kitchenette that was provided in our room. If we stayed longer than 1 night, we can see ourselves staying in this property again.

highway is very close, but we couldn’t hear traffic from inside the room.

we have an older dog and this facilities is pet friendly. The staff were the best ever! convenient to where we needed to be. full kitchen.

Did not understand why a driveway was blocked in the morning.

I thought overall was okay but instead of bacon in the eggs have bacon alone and eggs not combined.

I had originally booked the room for 122 for 2 night with taxes. I got charged 370 for 2 nights the days we checked. Manager wasn't available until the following day . He was very nice and was able to make some adjustments. Now ill have to wait and see if they reimburse the difference.

Didn't have breakfast, as our flight was early morning. However there was fresh coffee which was available 24*7. Really liked it! Shuttle came on time for airport at 5: 15 am. Very good property!

Perfect location, amazingly friendly staff and very nice bedrooms. Would definitely recommend it for a weekend trip to San Antonio. Very good breakfast and free coffee all day.

Talk about a bang for your buck! This inexpensive stay exceeded our expectations. I love that this location is not far from any destinations we were going too. The room was awesome and having a hot breakfast was a bonus. Staff were very friendly, and my wife and I would not hesitate to book again.

I did not like the fact that i was dismissed very rudely. i am a Bonvoy member who has stayed at this property many times with no problems or complaints. I usually pay in advance through a booking app because of the better rates, but the required and refundable "incidentals fee" are run on the same card at check in. When reserving i chose to pay at check in to save time that day. Upon arrival i was told they do not take my card. Since i remember them taking the same card EVERY TIME I STAY - (i only use the one) i tried to explain the situation to the brand new desk clerk who then went into the next room and came back with the same no. With no skill in customer relations, without any effort and with zero intentions of getting up from that chair, that manager just hid. I just wanted a reason why. This experience is so disheartening when the entire rest of the staff makes this hotel my first choice for the 2 years i have been traveling there. Perhaps Marriott should have customer relations workshops to train KINDNESS and CONGENIALITY, skills that SHOULD come naturally in a HOSPITALITY industry.

No good ventilation in the bathroom. I didn’t like Joe the TV was set up. The location was a lil off. No major complaints.

I love the inviting aroma as you enter the entry way & the cozy lobby/lounge set up. I also like the fact that all the utensils, pots & pans was included in the suites & that we didn’t have to purchase anything. I liked the hot breakfast as well. Conveniently right Acid the other side of the highway from the airport & complimentary shuttle.

Housekeeping kept knocking on my door despite me telling them I was a night shift nurse and slept during the day . I was not given the nurse discount for the first 2 weeks despite me asking several times as the Marriott chain of hotels extended the discount through June for nurse travelers for covid crisis. There were bights I was paying 179 a night only to get woken up every day by knocking at my door. When I needed to extend my stay by one week I was told they were sold out by a lady at the front desk. Not sure of her name. However she was not a great liar or very professional. I decided to tru to book book online just to see if there were rooms and low and behold ….there were rooms available. I asked her to let me know if anything opened she continued to insist they were full. I assume it was because 2 weeks into my stay I finally found somebody with some common sense who was able to implement the nurse rate advertised all over the internet. Therefore At that point I was getting a set rate that was more affordable and they did not want to continue to let me stay for that rate. However I was also not even given the option of paying more or any other alternatives so I had to pack up and move to a new hotel for one week. Unpack, work my 4 twelve hour shifts, repack and check out. I mean what is one more week…but OK. I will not stay at townhome suites ever again nor will I recommend my fellow nurse travelers stay there and we have multiple FB pages that we communicate on when Looking for short term housing.

My Truck got broken into first 30 minutes we got there hotel does not have security or security cameras on property also bed sheets had stains and were dirty. They park a van to block one of the entrances at night that’s there form of security. San Antonio PD said this happens all the time at this property.
