Shower in our room was tiny and took a lot of time or wasn’t really functioning properly. It’s either hot or cold shower only. Though there is a signage asking for patience. We still had the privacy of having our own shower.

Very near to shops and eatery’s. Accessible. Clean. Soft bed.

Interior of the cabin looks dated, especially the bathroom. Luggage storage right next to the reception in an easily accessible spot didn't feel entirely safe.

Comfortable bed, lots of space. Working AC and fan in a hot location.

The showers were ok but VERY small, not much space to move without brushing against the shower curtains.

Essential furniture, good for a couple of nights. The room is big and can accommodate different needs. Great location. Quite at night.

Dont know how clean the bedding was It was very cheap and stratchy Seen housekeeping staff leave sheets on the ground whilst servicing rooms

Didn’t like the beds. The pillows felt like bricks and the bed is too stiff. Which resulted in our necks hurting and having poor sleep. But other than that, was extremely happy with our stay.

I loved the location. The fact you could walk out the front and be in the middle of everything was great. Great staff. Super friendly. Easy to get at the back gates and find the free parking as well.

Not really a hostel so lots of couples and older people, for the price of the room it was very basic as were the facilities.

It was very dark in our room (ground level), we had to have lights on even during the day. Also you could smell the humidity in the room. In the shower (like literally in the shower, not in the bathroom) there was a window without curtains so it made me a little uncomfortable when I was showering, especially at night with lights on. Also I couldn't close this window, like it was permanently open.

The location was amazing, beds were comfy and there was everything that we needed for our 2-night stay

Double room with shared bathroom was cheapest value at Airlie, I found it was sufficient but bathroom facilities were average. Room was small with not much storage space but did the job.

a few bugs in the shared bathroom but this is to be expected due to the location of the hostel. Not a lot of space/ wardrobe space in the bedroom.

Ideal location - right in the centre of Airlie Beach so close to all amenities and the beaches. The room had aircon, fridge and comfortable bed which cannot be said for all hostels. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Kitchen area was always clean and plenty of room in the communal fridges. Quiet despite being so close to all the pubs and restaurants.

The room is very basic but it does the job, especially for what you pay.

The property is right in the heart of Airlie beach. For Australia, it’s a fantastic price and the facilities (like the bar area) in the evening was great.

We loved our stay. It was very convenient, in a great location close to the supermarket, pharmacy, the beach, pubs etc. The staff was very friendly and caring. But mind that, at the end of the day, it is a hostel so expect to have it full of young people thirsty for partying and having a good time. We found it very loud the first night (although it was the first night of the Easter holiday) but we told reception the next day and they got us moved to a more quiet place for the rest of our stay. Much much better. We honestly we had the best time and regardless the first night, the staff was very understanding and helpful. The common areas were very clean.

Parking initially was a bit cray as the check in looks like it's where you book tours or go to the pub, which it is so a little confusing.

It was a good central location in the middle of the main street, easy to walk to the loogan and restaurants

Great location and staff were really friendly. We were allowed to check in at 12 which was much appreciated. Close to restaurants and the lagoon. Easy to book activities from reception. Good live music in the bar connected!

It’s so annoying that it’s let down by the showers - which require you to turn the taps on for a minute on full blast to get heat. That would be fine but then adjusting them to a normal temperature is almost impossible. It feels like a pressure washer at scorching temperatures …. or cold, less/no pressure. It’s such a great place to stay but the showers might be the worst I’ve ever found. Fix that and it’s 10/10.

Magnums feels like the centre of Airlie Beach, it’s huge - with a very big bar at the front and nightclub above that. Great location, close to everything including big supermarket and few metres away. Live music in the bar area each night Cabins are great, almost hidden area in a ‘rainforest’ - it’s very unique, loved it.
