Place definitely looks a bit dated and my allergies were running haywire (can’t stop sneezing when I was up at one of the other bunk beds) during our stay but I’m general super sensitive/allergic to every small thing. Worth mentioning that none of my other family members experienced the same thing. Not sure if it was the beds or the carpet in the room

Very homey. We stayed at the Bali Cabin and was pleasantly surprised at how big the place is. Even comes with a dishwasher and the place had enough for us to cook breakfast in. The area is also peaceful. There was even a pizza food truck that came into the park. Was enough for a quick 1-2 min drive to get there.

Only thing was the Wifi didn’t reach our suit 223 so the smart options on the TV didn’t work and we had to rely on Data on our phones other than that no complaints

No space, nowhere to sit inside the unit when the weather was bad, Not much space around the bed. Outside Kitchen didn't have any equipment, then the BBO's one wasn't working and the other one was very temperamental and was very difficult to get working. The kitchen was too open air and that's the only space we could go and eat as there was no table to sit at in our room and no room for a table in the unit either. The weather wasn't good when we were there. Our unit was not serviced and we were there 3 nights.? For the money we paid it would have been service at least once in that time.

Frustrated that I had to make my children's beds. None were made. There were 2 bunkbeds, the bottom 2 beds had bottom sheets fitted on the bed but the top sheet amd blanket was folded on the bed. The top bunks weren't made at all I had to make them up. I have seen this with many cabins and it really annoys me, if I stay in a motel or hotel all beds would be made. Its a small thing but when you are travelling all day, you want to arrive to a cabin ready for kids to sleep. I wouldn't care which 3 of the 4 beds were made once 3 beds were ready to go.

Cabins were lovely and spotless clean. It had everything you needed. Very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in.

I loved my stay. My cabin was cozy, clean, seemed brand new and had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again! The location was just a short drive from the CBD, and was beautiful.

It wasn’t the cleanest, a lot of dust & cobwebs. One of the lights in the bathroom was like you were under a heat lamp & the bathroom door kept getting jammed which isn’t great in an emergency. Bit far out from town but only a 10 min bus ride

The mattress in the cabin was in definite need of an update but everything else was great!

We loved the waterpark and play area for the kids. We had a car so proximity to the main area was no issue at all. We’ve stayed her before and we’ll stay again!

Location was brilliant, out of the hustle and bustle of Airlie Beach so it was peaceful and quiet. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfy!! Excellent camp kitchen, everything you need for a perfect holiday stay. We were only staying 2 nights but booked an extra 2 and they even left us in the same room! Wow that was a bonus!!

The drain in the shower was a bit blocked and took a long time to drain away, and the kettle was unusable, however we just heated up water in the microwave.

The facilities at the park were very good for our kids. I was impressed that there was no problem providing a port a cot for free upon request. The water park and jumping pillow were particularly popular with our kids.

There's no kitchen, the camp kitchen is just for campers with their own cookware so unless you've got your own pots, pans and utensils you need to go into town for food

Room could've been a little cleaner (dirt behind bathroom door) and the cold water tap was leaking in the bathroom. And the TV reception was ridiculous!!! Couldn't watch anything!!!

Not really a dislike,but a comment . The size of the studio rooms are a little on the small side for 2 people with luggage but still comfortable enough for a one/two night overstay. We did have 2 different rooms, a brand new one slightly bigger than the other which was more adequate and nicely appointed.

Complimentary biscuits and hot choc for non coffee/tea drinkers, hairdryer, tissues, coat hangers. Good laundry facilities for travellers. The studio rooms are nicely refurbished and finally a place that has included USB charging for phones without having to remember a wall plug. (Only in newly built room) Would not hesitate to stay again. The staff are very friendly, helpful and obliging.
