How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very safe, very clean, totally comfortable and the staff were just lovely. Only place I’d say in Moree.

The owner could be a little friendlier. Even just a smile rather than being annoyed that I wanted to pay for my extra night.
Location was excellent next door to the services club and show grounds. Booked the first night through booking.com then second through the manager; she was not a very friendly person unfortunately. However the accommodation was extremely clean, well maintained and had everything and more than expected. We will stay here again next visit into town.

I didn't choose the room, however a kitchenette would of been nice, not sure if you have those available.

Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Location was secure and readily accessible for our needs. Right beside club so easy access to meals. Managers were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was clean, had sun protection and an excellent place to cool down in the summer heat.

Wifi could have been faster, but as its a rural location I cannot complain too hard

Nothing. Everything was perfect for my stay.
Great location for my visit. The room was ready on arrival, and was extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was already on in the room , which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. The secure parking was an added bonus.

Nothing really!
It was our 1st motel on our Great Inland Way drive, and I was pleasantly surprised! Very nicely appointed,clean and spacious room that was divided in two rooms with the help of a sliding/retractable door that could be left open or close. One room had a queen (perhaps king not sure) bed and another room with 3 single beds ideal for teenagers/kids. Small kitchenette with micro oven, fridge, tea/coffee facilities with quality butter biscuits not the average Arnotts 2 pack biscuits that we have found in all the other motels we stayed at. Also option of powdered chocolate to make hot chocolate was good, also not offered at other motels. The selected shampoo/conditioner/soap was also better quality compared to other motels. Allocated car spot for your room. Room offer nature views. Gated entry after hours for added safety. We got extra towels free of charge when the lady at reception heard we wanted to try the thermal pools. Nice gesture.

Reception hours could be extended to cater a bit more for travellers - sometimes unexpected and unavoidable things happen on the road that cause delays and there didn’t appear to be much flexibility on the part of the owners with regard to arrival time.
Closeness to the Ex-Services Club. Secure car parking.

One very small problem for me. The bathroom had soap,shampoo and conditioner in bottles fixed to the wall. However since I am a very short person, I was unable to reach the containers on the shower wall. Perhaps you might fix them a little lower on the wall?
The staff and premises were great. They really made you feel at home.

Our room was close to the laundry room and cleaners storage area so it was a little noisy in the mornings with staff coming and going. The pool had no lounging areas, only bench seats.
Large room, plenty of space to relax.Great internet speeds for streaming shows. Easy walk to the CBD.

What I did like was that on their own site, they gave the best description of how to find the venue, without questioning if google maps is right! Wish all would do that!
