We were arriving later than expected, we tried contacting number provided, but no answer and we were stranded outside the office with no way in for around 2 hours. Luckily off duty manager happened to se us and let us in.

I liked the views,close to the tram line. The 1st room I was in was so spacious 6th floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Then 2nd room bit smaller but still was good big verandah,everything you need & great view of ocean Rooms were clean and nothing like what I read had air con and fans

Upon booking and confirmation of my booking, it was noted that the apartment would come with air conditioning. When we arrived at the apartment, we were met with a single ceiling fan in the living area and a single fan in the bedroom; no air con. When brought to the attention of staff, we were met with a 70 dollar refund. Offering an alternate room reflective of what was booked would have been appropriate had I of thought. Even a portable air con unit would have sufficed considering it was the midst of a heat wave with uncharacteristic humidity in excess of 85%. This made spending any time, even sleeping extremely difficult as there was never any repreve from the heat. Additionally, the apartment, whilst clean at a glance, was disappointingly dirty with: - the floor tiles being framed by black, grimy grout. - the cushions on the couch by being covered in what looked like sweat stains. - the plateware, cutlery, utensils, etc, being noticeably dirty I.e. unwashed food specks, greasy Finally, the bedding was terribly uncomfortable with the pillows either lacking any support or feeling like a piece of timer and the springs of the mattress jarring our backs whenever we would lay down. All in all, it was an extremely disappointing experience as this was supposed to be a relaxing and comfortable stay for our wedding anniversary and yet didn't feel like we could relax or get comfortable the whole trip.

The location and views were quite nice. Facilities like indoor pool and sauna are nice bonuses, although they lacked a bit of polish as you could see noticeable wear.

There was no air conditioners in any room in the apartment just a fan. This is the first apartment building I have stayed at that did not have any air conditioner. Even all the hotels I have stayed at the coast have air conditioner. This is the beginning of summer and you cannot rent an apartment without air conditioner in Qld at the beginning of summer when it is stinking hot. There was only one television (some places have two) and it was not working and the people working there seemed to not give a damn. They seemed to talk English quite well but when you tried to speak to them they pretended they could not. Yet other things I spoke to them about they were quite proficient. They did not provide any tea or coffee for the room which is also the only time I have stayed at the coast and they were not provided by the facility. So all in all it was a very big disappointment.

the unit needed some repairs, handrail in bathroom kept falling off. No block out curtains so sun was streaming through at 5 am. there were curtain rails there but they were extremely rusty. lamp shad in kitchen very dusty. some information on what was in the unit would have been helpful i.e. dishwashing powder/liquid.

Road noise was intolerable. Paid for 4 guests but only received linen for 2 - had to request more linen. Reception open business hours only. Advertised complimentary tea, coffee and milk not provided. I was advised they don’t provide these any longer but they haven’t changed their promotional material. Non refundable booking, with no cancellation option. Advertised room was not the room we received, which I understand is often the case, however cleanliness, furnishings, and kitchen equipment were of low standard. Certainly would not have booked the room we received.

To say it was dirty is an understatement, it was filthy! It desperately needs a deep clean. Walls, skirting boards etc. A lick of paint wouldn't go astray either. Beds had no mattress protectors and were stained with God knows what. Welcome book stated complementary tea and coffee, there was none. All the cutlery was dirty, only 2 rolls of toilet paper available , oh and the mould in the bathroom! I could go on but would be here forever. The pictures online definitely fooled us.

Only good thing about this place was that it had an indoor pool, washer and dryer, it was close to the beach and surfers paradise main drag.

Upon entering room 23 we were met with unclean sheets, black mould all over the roof and curtains, rusted out air con unit and clothes line on the balcony, doors that were nearly impossible to lock, stained sheets that had brown marks all over them, hair wrapped around the appliances in the kitchen, and a bassinet in place of a cot. We stayed for an hour of our booking before leaving. The bedroom light when turned on overheated and omitted an electrical burn smell throughout the apartment. We were appalled that this could even be considered a holiday apartment. The management knew about all the defects and still gave me the room knowing I had a baby and a young child with me. I requested a room that was fit for children and got given this nightmare. This was our first holiday away since Covid began and I must say I fell to bits. Booking.com was amazing and helped us gain a full refund. I would not recommend this place as a holiday destination. I have never been so disgusted in my life. At nearly $400 per night I expected so much more

The location was close to the beach. The pool was indoors and heated which was excellent as the weather was poor for the weekend we chose to stay.

The day after our arrival accdg to the one of the staff, the tv unit was broken and they're trying their best to replace it but since it's holiday week it's impossible.

The apartment Amenities are good and the location is perfect.
