A very old, historical, quaint property. With interesting decorative items throughout. The modern facility, including the spa did not detract from the period of the property. The breakfast was very adequate, and the welcome drinks was a nice touch from the owners. Thank you

The parking at the front was a bit tight as it is shared with another cottage. We had to park on the street a couple of times, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The Outlander Cottage was so lovely and a great location for the end of our Tassie trip. The breakfast provided was very generous and meant we could have a leisurely start to the day. We recommend The Jailhouse Grill for a casual dinner and Rhubarb just around the corner has great gifts and a nice cafe.

I have stayed at the Cottages over many years they are lovely unique and very comfortable. I will always choose this property if its available I love the history and the open fire in winter. The breakfast is amazing although we didnt use it this time we have in the past.

Just wish we could have spent more days at Alice's Cottage!

My partner and I stayed at the newest cottage (Ironbark) and we both fell in love. The cottage was very inviting with some lovely surprises of free cheese and crackers, drinks and bath products to use which felt very welcoming. The wood was topped up and the included breakfasts were a perfect start to the day. We will definitely be staying again and booking directly for the free add on. We highly recommend Alice's Cottage to others. You will not be disappointed.

bathroom may get cold. Unit itself is equipped with an aircon/heater but additional heating might be required from the fireplace.

Interesting concept for a stay. The cottage feels like a traditional home with interesting ornaments scattered throughout the unit. Fireplace is a lot of fun. Great breakfast basket.

I found the bed a little uncomfortable but I also had a bad back, so that was probably contributing to the uncomfortable feeling. Otherwise everything was perfect including the breakfast provided...thank you 😊

Check in was straightforward and fuss free. Beautiful place to stay, i was spoilt with the number of choices. Thank you for the well thought out accommodation. Heated mattress, beautiful toilet and a fire place! I was not expecting a real fire place with fire wood ready!. Breakfast spread was also well thought out. I almost didn't want to check out.

The themed cottage was decorated beautify, breakfast provided was very generous. The host provided some welcome drinks and a nightcap that really added a charm to the experience of the outlander cottage. Will defiantly stay again next time we're in Launceston.

That I only booked one night

Beautiful cottage easy walk to restaurants and the sites. We stayed in the Scottish cottage which was beautiful decorated. The host had lots of little social touches such as bath salts port to warm by the fire cheese and crackers and a local beer. The cottage had everything for a short or longer stay.
