Room very small and tiny bathroom sink with no room for toiletries. Not what is expected in the modern era.

Bfast. Good and some complimentary beverages were un expected but appreciated. Location. Difficult access for older guests due to steep climb from nearest bus stop.

Room was dusty. Rushed cleaning by whoever. Thick dust on the carpet, used socks behind the heater from previous owner. Filthy area under the bed full of dust and rubbish. We tend to shorten our stay but obviously given the policy of no amendments and no cancellation policy, you just gonna throw out 1400 and stay no where. My family had a sever dust allergy that made our stay and visit a but odd. We went back in a hurry to Sydney to have a check up as our allergies are getting worst.

Jacob was the only highlight of this property. He was genuinely helpful and excellent in customer service. An absolute asset to the company. You ask for a hand, he’s willing to extend his whole arm just to help. Shared Patiently a lot of knowledge even after office hours. Indeed a legend! You definitely have a bright future in your position! Keep it up!

lack of on premises parking is an issue as it’s tough to load bags & heavy luggage up & down the road & hard to find overnight parking when the Villiage is busy.

Can't say that we disliked anything. Maybe a TV in the games room with sport or snow vids would be cool.

To make this 2 night getaway at the snow special comfortable and memorable or me, my son and 2 grand daughters (the youngest being autistic) I specifically booked and paid in advance for a larger room at Alpenhorn with 4 beds and a sofa. On arrival at Alpenhorn they allocated us a tiny, cramped room with a double bed n 2 bunks. When i questioned this Alpenhorn flat out denied there was even an option on Booking,com to select room configuration. I suspect my 2 night booking was bumped for a longer week booking. Alpenhorns solution was to make up a fold out bed squashed into the corner of room which essentialy joined the double bed n bunks, leaving half a metre sq to move anywhere else in the room. I was devastated. Really cranky. especially with an autistic child and wanting to give my son a bit of a break. Their solution/advice was basically suck it up and contact management. Appalling. dishonest.

Breakfast ordinary. Room 2 star at best.

What a great place, truely Thredbo’s friendly lodge after all that I have stayed in. All the staff were awesome, especially the housekeeper who always greeted everyone with a big smile and great music. Highly recommend and will return

The bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom needed a bit of fixing up and didn’t look 100% finished. Just little things that are noticeable.

The staff were great! Drying rooms and ski storage very handy and secure. Breakfast was handy and accommodating to specific diet needs e.g. gluten free.

Only one complaint was the TV didn't have good reception but that was not a big issue.

Nice greeting from Angie who let us check in early. View from room 6 was spectacular of the mountains covered in snow. Was also close to restaurants.

What an incredible experience! If you're looking for a place to stay that offers the feeling of home look no further. From the moment we arrived we were treated as though we arrived at a family members home. The most hospitable, friendly and caring accommodation we've had the pleasure of staying at yet.
