We loved our stay, the bed was so comfy and the room very cosy and clean. Gorgeous outlooks to both the garden and birds, and the fields on the other side. Vanessa was great to talk to and we really enjoyed swapping stories of the NT. She was also very respectful and made my day with the puppies and the cat! Would definitely return.

Great location, reception and tour of accomodation were exceptional, extremely comfortable bed, great amenities. Would definitely recommend staying at Amble and would book again if coming back to Hahndorf.

Might have been a bit tired so l didnt persevere with the free Wifi. Instructions didn't work first go so l just used mobile data. Would have asked for assistance if staying more than a day. Can usually see the TV from Bed as l travel alone normally but this was a lot better than a motel room and was no deal breaker.

Ambience was great. The big,big bed. The host was so polite and warm. Comfort, scenery They had everything you needed for a longer stay cultlery, ovens, micrwave, dishes, toiletries. Never seen such a well equipped place

Quieter location, 10 minutes walk from hanhdorf. Vanessa very friendly, chatty and informative. We left some things there and Vanessa kept them for pick up!

Great location as we could walk to the main street of Hahndorf. No need to use the car. Loved all the birdlife and watching their feefing antics. Aircon great and I would expect heating to be equally good in winter.

Something that was personal for us was the fact you can't see the TV from bed and although the couch is comfortable it's definitely not a snuggle lounge. We ended up moving the bed so we could watch a movie on netflix. Bed was a little soft for us but again that is a personal thing. The bathroom, although very functional and having some lovely products, is dated.

The location is fantastic, just a stroll to the main street. We ate out for every meal and all within walking distance. Gardens beautiful with many species of birds coming in to feed twice a day, including a gorgeous pair of fairy wrens. Sit on balcony and enjoy the serene environment. King bed is awesome. Smart TV so netflix etc with your own account. Plenty of linen and professional bathroom products. Spa was lovely. Staff are friendly and thorough to ensure our stay was perfect.

Honestly the fact that they used Glen 20 to sanitise everything after every stay put us all at immediate ease. Well done, that shows how well cared for we were. Very clean property, I was so impressed and the lovely birds out the front was and excellent experience for our children who fed the birds with the bird food that's supplied.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property itself, which was excellent with high quality furnishings and equipment. A tad more expensive than expected for a studio but Covid times have caused huge difficulties with hospitality, so this is understandable. Vivacious, friendly Vanessa, the owner, welcomed us warmly and Covid-safely to Amble Wren and gave us an informative tour. Loved the king bed and quality linen, peaceful garden surrounds and views, with lively bird visitors and a great private verandah to relax on, Smart TV with Netflix, well-equipped kitchen, including great oven, filtered water, recycling bin, fabulous shower/spa and bathroom necessities, excellent Wifi, convenient parking and 5 minutes walk from the Main Street in Hahndorf. The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated and we appreciated the sweets and milk provided. Thanks, Vanessa, for a very restful 3-day stay!
