The apartment could definitley do with a little tlc. The glassess and mugs were a nuisance as they were all very little. There was also no hairdryer in the apartment although it did say it was included. Also having some dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry soap/liquid would be handy. We have been to previous apartments where they had these in sachets.

Location was great and the size of the apartment. We didnt' sepnd much time in the apartment as we were out most days. It was also handy having a parking space available to us.

Location and facilities were excellent. Great location to be near enough to Surfers Paradise and the dining and entertainment areas but not in the heart of the noise Reception staff were accommodating and really helpful Short walk to the tram station which was convenient

Cleanliness of apartment on arrival. We had to do a complete vacuum on arrival due to all floors being dirty with lots of hair lying around. Air conditioner in lounge/kitchen area didn’t work for most of the stay. Washing hoist needs replacing and maybe some pegs No broom to clean floors downstairs throughout the stay, had to use vacuum. Power point in bathroom upstairs needs repairing (unsafe)

The place didn’t feel very clean overall. There was no one at reception for two days when we arrived and we couldn’t access the “free” wifi that was supposed to be included so had to buy roaming plans which was frustrating. No coffee or tea, dish soap or hand towels.

The pool and sauna are very nice. The location is great and parking is easy in the underground garage.

They were doing work next door at 7 in the morning which isn’t really their fault but still very annoying when you’re on holidays.

Beds were hard and quite uncomfortable. The building had no soundproofing so it’s quite loud most of the time. The kitchen was extensive however there was no general appointments such as spray oil to cook with.

Good pool and kitchen. After hours check in and key drop were very simple. The location of the apartment is close to most things such as walking distance to Cavill ave, one block from the tram stop and 2 blocks to the beach.

Traffic noise (They really need to install double glazing), one very small shampoo for the whole duration of our stay which wasn't enough, 1 toilet roll for the whole duration of our stay (4 days), uncomfortable pillows (they need to invest in newer more comfortable pillows),WIFI is very patchy (drops out all the time), missing cutlery (one fork for the apartment), a little old and tired but comfotable.
