Bathroom needs to be updated Sorry, but it was a bit sad looking. And the bath was not at all inviting.

The kitchen and lounge were very clean and comfortable. Beautifully updated recently Thank you for the coffee pods. Enjoyed them in the morning Very nice to have a good quality cup of coffee

The townhouse was very old, clean and tidy though but showing it's age. Wasn't a big fan of 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 upstairs with having my 10yr son along with us

Showers a bit dated and not functional, no trays or anything to place shower stuff on.

Good parking underneath, great size, big unit. Big kitchen, plenty of appliances.

The single bed i slept on was a metal bunk bed that was very uncomfortable and needed the bolts to be tightened, i advised the hotel of this directly as well. Also needed aircon in both bedrooms not just the master.

The unit was very unclean when we entered. The kitchen cupboard doors were greasy, the bench top had crumbs and residue marks all over it, door edges and shower door edges had grime build up and behind door corners were built up with dust. A deeper clean would be recommended when there is high volume of traffic.

The facility overall was great, it had everything provided as needed. No issues with staff service either, very accommodating.

Lounge furniture needs updating to make the unit feel cleaner and more comfortable. Smokers on the floor above meant we had to close the balcony. But that wasn't the fault of these hosts at all.

Parking was a bonus. Great walking distance to the beach, restaurants Surfers Paradise and to get a great coffee on Capri Island! Great pool and spa. It was well priced for the location.

the toaster did not work in the kitchen the cleaners left an ice cream in the freezer from previous people the window in the master bedroom was broke so dirt and stuff would come in and the back of the door had dirty water marks and also the fan in the master bedroom did not work, for the amount of money we paid I was unhappy with what we got

Parking and the staff were great. Good location. Only negative is noise which is generated external to the resort, but that is the same everywhere in Surfers Paradise.

Curtains old and dirty, someone's old dirty sock on floor in corner. Main reason booked was tennis court and gym. Tennis court in disrepair and gym very basic with very little equipment.

Main balcony door could hardly be opened, cold air coming through the door. Had to be stopped with some carpet. Nothing to put soaps etc., inside the shower. 1 toilet paper for 6 days, no replacement.

There was no entertainment apps nor had facility to connect your device. With kids it's very imp to keep them engaged. Room in photos was different to room provided.

Everything was satisfactory for the short stay we had. Close to trams. Nothing bad to say. Staff were helpful and friendly.
